Can the protagonists do some logical reasoning here and can the cv's show some professionalism as well in terms of office culture. Many a work culture places these days don't allow or steep this low as depicted in the episodes. And if it did, isn't it time that the lead pair try and find out either with each other's help or on their own as to why some of the things are not just happening as it should have been. Ofcourse, there's someone behind it and am sure both Maan and Geet know about it.

While the story-line and the strength of the characters is a plus point, I do believe it has to have some realism attached to it. Harnessing feelings for each other is a separate topic, but am sure there has to be some intelligence quotient as well to this whole idea.
At the end of it the two characters have to be very strong both professionally and personally. Kudos to the makers but please think on these lines too.

daily soap are not = logical reasoning and 100%realism
hit soaps like geet = 50% logic + 50%less logical things
combined effect = super adrenaline rush= madness for the characters= high trps= happy producers =happy creatives=happy viewers=everyone happy...
when everyone is happy they fail to see logic in anything...
so what is the point..ignore these things and enjoy daily soaps can never be realistic to the core..but geet has been quite realistic till now (- few office scenes)

Pretzels i agree with your point of giving intelligence and logic to the serial but then when do hindi serial stick to logic...our cinema and serials are fantasies brought to celluloid to escape from the daily grind.
they offer a release of stress and yes in reality, where would a brother try to kill his sister. where would the office have such malignant thoughts about a co worker. these are situations that are so totally out of this world that one can side step them and focus on what makes the main protagonist do what the audience enjoy most, see them together for the longest time possible.

how else would a dead come back unless of course the audience wanted it so it happened....in many a serials where CVs have had to bow down to the rule of the audience and TRPs

i agree with you, their romantic scenes are really cute but there are too many of them in a single episode and it seems pretty fake and unrealistic.
Like for example: door gets locked, intercom not working, maans mobile forgotten at home, geets/ pinkys mobile dead, dev misunderstands and doesnt open the door and worst of all, who HAS to open the door, geets enemy.
seriously man its a really good show, plzzz dont spoil it.

i fink todays episode looked very realistic
but smtyms they need to show extreme romantic scenes to keep us fans pleased...otherwise we moan
but geet is a gr8 show..it only becomes fake when a character dies n cmes back again...i wonder hu does that any guesses// (Ekkkkk tt a))

Thanks for the replies. Falling in love is not a crime and yes we all want to see the couple gradually take it up in their stride, fall in love and make things stronger for themselves. And ofcourse, we want to see closeup scenes as well to keep up the TRP and our adrenaline rushing.

However, wake up guys. This is 21st century. Don't make it melo-dramatic. Add some realism to it. This is where soap operas in India differ from other places. Spread some strong and intelligent discussions with some strong comedy and emotions. There's a social message to it already(with these things happening in rural areas) and am glad that the characters are portraying it well.

Geet should have been to the point and told Maan about the posters; rather, just carry one folded right away and show it to him in the conf. room. Sasha or anyone else for that matter has no business to comment or say and if she did, Geet should have just called Maan, Adi, Pinky and the whole office staff infact, and cleared all air right in front of everyone. People definitely comment but you have to prove your point and shut everyone right on their faces. Measly saying that you are trying to defame and spreading rumor isn't helping. Girl, get the guts out atleast this time, what with your near death experience and saree fiasco, you got to be stronger. Fight it out fair and right.

Hmmmmmmm, I would love to agree with you but logic be damned for the hum tum ek kamre mein band ho kinda chemistry😳😆😳😳. Kabhi Kabhi chalta hai you know, and of course the secretary/boss angle is a little jaded but what if Geet was his business associate, or was an architect or some other kind of professional contact? Aaj kal many people meet their life partners either in college or at work and they do face a lot of gossip at both places. And yeah many girls cry a lot before they stand up for themselves...
