i have seen quite a lot of office politics in real life!!!! just wanted to share with u all!!! so that we could actually relate to the office seq in GEET

It will be really nice if u all could add ur exp. or wat u have seen or heard in past....

this was a small company with 20..odd staffs...with branches all over india my MD boss and boss's girl friend (VP) were working in the same place... she was the second in command in office and home!!!

but every one did 'nt know about their relations just to maintain the decor...

one of the senior manager female would always try to impress the boss... and actually she did'nt know abt their relation!!!!

she will bad mouth about VP and disobey her completly and always report to the MD... infront of every one she used to talk rudely about VP...saying who the hell is she ...I won't listen to her...I will deal directly with MD....

as all of u know that...MD's don't have time to deal with such things on a day to day basis... it will be VP facing the burnt!!!! on daily basis... I was a close friend to Boss and family...so actually knew wat was going on...could never hear bad about either of them!!!!!

this girl used to wear saree... trusth me quite revealling!!!! the way she used to wrap it arround... when she used to go out with MD...she used to find ways to rub-in...wat took the cake was once she tripped and landed totally flat on him and both were flat on the floor offcourse typicall filmy style eyelocks and Md pushed her side and said wat was she up to!!!!

things went on for quite some time... like year or so...she was excellent at work!!! but 😡😡😡😡 she was a total witch...

so imagine how many scenes we used to get to see on daily basis... really we used wait for fireworks when MD, VP and she are in one frame...

There are many such incidents that I know of.

Incidents where women reached higher up in the career ladder by doling out favors and partying and socializing instead of working. This is common. Many people are comfortable and OK doing this as they believe success erases past actions.

But there are many others who do not do this and negative gossip and fake news have caused turmoil in their lives, especially in India can you imagine if someone is to be getting married (arranged or some sort) and a jealous coworker spreads malicious rumors about her character then there is bound to be tension in her everyday life.

In one case an innocent crush during college days also caused a broken engagement due to a jealous (not the sasha kind of jealousy caused by a man, she was just jealous because this girl was just so good at heart and was more liked) coworker and petty in laws. But I think she was better off with the broken engagement instead of a broken or unhappy marraige.

I really wonder how people can be filed with envy do land up doing thinks just creat tension in some ones life!!!!!!!!!! if I don't like someone I may just like to forget about that person ....never would llike waste my energy thinking and doing evil stuff!!!!

i hate watching this on-screen imagine off-screen! God this is truly awful! It's so hard to be a woman in the workplace, but to have witchy women like this and doing awful things...so tremendously awfuL!

yep i have heard of stories but as i am blessed with tunnel vision, i could never see any of the things that could hurt me or my ignorance hurt others.

i was so focused on my job that nothing other than work came to mind. had loads of office friends and outside work we would all hang out together but i was usually the last to know about a fling or affair or coworker going out together or even politics where one is trying to trade favours for ranks...

have been blessed...that my work spoke louder than anything and i could not tolerate anything other than good work when it was my turn to hire, fire or promote people. i believe myself to be a professional and dealt with others in the same fashion.

But unfortunately this exists and made worse with ideas seen onscreen.

This is another incident i came across!!!

happened to my very close friend!!!

he was a manager in call center..really good looking guy!!! young like 24yrs!!! only

tall..like 6ft 2" really dynamic..Maan type killing attitude... people used to just fall for him but he was not even bothered...

smart worker.... every thing was so nice about him... untill he fell in love with one of his team member....he was the team manager... so he had all the way out to get her out of work while in office!!! wow those time they used to spend togather was so romantic and cute!!

the best part was he realised he loved her only after she got engaged...

then he tried so hard to woe her.... more over night shift😉😉

it was worth narrating!!! surprise long drive then to a beach house...flowers!!!!..

he did all this .... i can't believe he could really do all this... off course... we helped him😉

wat are friends for!!!

they started spending time togather.... I don't know wat happened to his personality yaar...

the guy was totally lost...pyaar mein pagal types...

the whole look was gone... u won't believe they quite their respective jobs as well!!!

had he been around he would have really grown man!!

finally they broke up...😭😭 she wanted more sucessful man!!!😡😡

she did find well settled guy married and happy😡

this guy is now getting back in form!!!
