Just to let you know... Tashan was a flop and the critics themself said that the only good thing about that movie was Akshay. And I doubt these TWO movies you listed were flops because Akshay tried something DIFFERENT... And because his acting was BAD...The storyline was basically crap for 8X10 Tasveer... And everyone gives a flop here and there... Akshay was bound to have 1 in these last 3 years...there are only a specific amount of blockbuster hits an actor can give afterall.

I don't have anything against Akshay, and I wasn't trying to imply that he's a bad actor hence why the movies flopped. I was just saying that when he DOES try something different like 8x10 Tasveer being his latest non comedy it didn't work out for him .. and like xetaxeta said earlier .. he does it for security, comedies work for him, they bring in a lot of money .. so I don't blame him for not trying to experiment cuz it hasn't worked as of late.
