From the last episode it seems that Nakku and family will be moving out of the Patil Niwas. Do you think she will be asked to return the Manglasutra? Or Do you think that she might take it off herself and leave it in his room?
To Dutta it is a Phansi ka Phanda, not Mangalsutra. It is important only to Nakku. It may not make any difference to him. If she leaves it behind in his room, it might create some strange effect. He would be reminded of his deed. It was his chain remember? A part of his accessories, now that Nakku has worn it for somedays, he will not know what to do with it, and will be reminded of her and his deed.
If Nakku does not return it, he may not remember.
