I do not think that Maan and Naintara has a romantic past. I had the feeling that Maan almost kind of knows her real colours.

He knows Dev pretty well. He doesn't trust him. I don't think he trusts Naintara either unlike dadiji. Maybe it is because of the money issue which led Dev to be kicked out of the mansion. May be Naintara is pissed with Maan because of that.

I think Naintara said Maan's name with such disdain was because she is angry at him for kicking them out of the house 2 months back and probably maan kinda knows how Naintara is after the property but cuz she's Dev's wife he cant do much about it.

that's what i think too.... and i hope tht's the real reason... i dont even want to think maan could ever have a lady like naintara in his life!!!!! 🤢 the very thought disgusts me.... wonder how maan would survive with the truth!!!!
