Tarzan Vs. Mowgli

So who do you think is better ... more inspirational ... more attractive ... BETTER DESERVING to be crowned as the BEST work with this idea of a boy lost in a jungle???

Which one seems more realistic? ... Can you guyz relate yourself to any of them?

Give your analytical view if you like ... dont just say the name and end.

I don't know. I don't recall having watched Mowgli. I know I did, but I was pretty small. Just remember how Geeta Kapoor used to call Mayuresh so in DID.

So I'll go with Tarzan, I've grown up watching Tarzan cartoons. 😆

But they were both fictional characters right? I am not so sure about Mowgli, but I know Tarzan was.

Somehow, for me, the whole character seems unrealistic. It's a beautiful idea, I won't deny that, a good initial thought. But I no longer relate to the story once he meets Jane and falls in love. Somehow, my feeble human mind doesn't understand that process, the whole story about how he starts to learn our language, can fall in love etcc... I understand the vengeance part, about how when his ape mother Kala was killed, he feels intense grief. Because that's part human, part animal, just like animals are.

I don't like Tarzan or Mowgli stories, even if I've grown up watching their cartoons.

yes Tarzan is remembered more by the older generation.

tarzan vs mogli!!ohh.thts tough..both wears same kinds of "underwears😆..no distinguishing criteria from MPOV!...😆

but i guess Mogli's intro song was more attractive one..i still rem'"jungle jungle..paata..chalahe..chaddi pehen ke phool khila hain .phool khila hain"😆

I can't recall watching Tarzan (comes off as shocking, doesn't it), so I can't really compare. Even Mowgli or Jungle Book - whatever it is called - I watched it so long ago that I can only remember it in parts. What I can distinctly remember though is that I used to love it as a child. I guess that stemmed from my love of jungles or forests. I can remember asking my mother that if we can go live in a forest and leave our house behind. 😆 I still feel like exploring a forest at times.

Ditto! I always feel like exploring forests too. Though in the human form thank you... Well except when a tiger or lion comes around. Perhaps I could be a Mowgli just for that part.

I dont like Tarzan........Mowgli (old versions) is good..his survival in the jungle,his attachment to his animal friends and his close encounters .😃

Mowgli... he seems more real than Tarzan who keeps fighting with apes and lions .

Never lived in a jungle so cant relate to either .
