Ok answer for ur first question - I think he is more put off by village girls who just sits at home and wait for marriage 😆 so basically they r good for nothing and does whatever their parents says. He dont like such weak and rondu females.

And answer for 2nd one - yaar its so obvious ...who cares for what Tasha-sasha- lasha wears 😆 ...he dont care a damn cuz he is not interested and dont even give a look. But Geet is different naa .....he averts his eyes around geet ....cuz he knows he needs to be controlled around this female 😉😆😆😆

Hey this is just my view I have been thinking the same things and have come to these conclusions:

1) He does not like TALKING to women if you notice he does not like speaking to Sasha as well (him ignoring her injury question and crushing her side stepping attempts to hide the absence of the file....his no nonsense attitude is a bit more harsh with sasha) I guess first and fore most he is a businessman, he told geet how he does not like women who think they are too weak or have a low opinion of them selves.....thus sasha has no such issues and is a through and through career girl: high self esteem, and independant....and secondly he has not left all decisions to Sasha here his personality shows its effects as he also hired Adi to balance out the companies right hand people.....and he smiled at aadi's antics today (sigh i died right there 😳 😳 ...his first direct to the camera non cynical smile...the smile after to chotu was half and away form the camera)

2) about the dupatta...two possible reasons...a) he was in a village and in a village automatically even a city man subtly yet surely changes his attitude to women...more so to women who cover them selves in the traditional Indian garb...dupatta and all...not to say in the city a traditional woman has less of a value but if her dupatta would slip one would not look twice cause it is not given a lot of importance thus a sort of immunity forms from the other women who do not too finicky of things such as a dupatta and prefer a more western dressing style...b)he might hold feelings for geet so viewing her in a form which may be viewed as embarrassing from her view point was avoided (what a gentleman 😳 )...could be he has romantic feelings for geet and he felt ashamed for seeing her without her dupatta...sasha on the other hand he does not care for her possible does not even see her as a woman but a business associate and does not care.....also must note on his entry on the 7th one girl was searching for her tie..and tasha was grateful that she wore flats or boy style shoes (could not catch that one correctly)...so it is possible he wants a certain amount of boyishness in the women :s...since it is against the law for the owner to dismiss or hire ppl on account of their sex I am guessing he had no choice....

maan does not care i guess..wat sasha wears...because she helds no interest to him..where as geet..causes al the hormonal reactions in maan..which he has to control..😆
