The show is endorsing the fact that no matter what a man does in our society to rack a women's life he always deserves a second chance. Because it is more than enough for the man if he only realise that he is the guilty party (oh sorry ???..I should say he made a mistake, because even if a man does most outrageous things which far above than what crime defines it is considered a mistake once he has some realisation.

Oh poor men????..he has changed?..now he should get loved, idealised and worship like bhagwan. This type of thinking is quite common even the CV's couldn't think differently from them. A complete sham to what the show is rooting for 'women empowerment'.!!!! sick!!!
It's such a pity that even the CV's who dared to bring this bold subject endorsing the fact that their thinking is too pathetic to a point that a man have the birth right to have his way ruining a women's life but can always be forgiven by one single realisation. And the woman in this case is nothing more then full fledge tear dropping DOOR MAT. The CV has made clear their point by making Shusma going back to Brij who has every single flaws in his character that is imaginable (he even made his women go to other man) but his single realisation was enough to get his doormat back?ohom I mean lady back.
If the CV is opposing women having different men in lives why are they trying depict this issue.
I believed the show was about women empowerment as it was bringing up issues e.g. how a woman should stand up for her self (not allowing anyone walk all over her like a door mat) protecting her self respect and should have the same respect she gives others. Sadly the CV's are now contradicting by reuniting Jyoti and Pankaj (who was even a conniving little rat enough to say he did not sleep with Jyoti for two years when it suited him). One (Pankaj the undha lecturer who should have known better for education and so called ehsas) does not have to be an Einstein to figure out that making such statement will not only assassin Jyoti's character and her self respect but it will also label her child as illegitimate making sure both mother and child get ultimate humiliation in every step of their lives by our society and his pathetic family. I feel a man will have to be a total 'pimp' to play the character assignation card especially when he knows he is lying to get what wants. It is quite clear what happens to women and men when they get defamed in the society. While women hardly ever escapes her defamation living in the society (getting taunts, name calling, and every possible way of degrading her ego and self respect), men can easily turn a new leaf in their lives quite easily. The example was already given in the show.

Deepu??..!!! does anyone remember what was deepu like in his early days????enjoying gambling, drinking, and trapping rich business tycoons daughter and all but now look at him. He can go on to advice others about family reputation, and defamation.
Now imagine a girl, lets say lets say Jyoti did all these outrageous things (which is quite impossible for her character) and then mend her ways to our social standards. Do you think she will be accepted as Deepu a man got accepted? I don't think so.
Our mentality for women is set up. Even in the most urban state of our country, women more than often hear 'sau chohe marke billi hajj ko chali' when they are trying turn a new leaf on their life.
So the character assassination isn't just a character assignation for a woman in our society as it becomes a curse which follows her every single day of her life for the rest of her life whether she deserves or not.
Do I think a women should forgive a man when he does that to her????????? Absolutely not even when???..!!!!
Pankaj had every rights to move on in his life if he wasn't happy with jyoti but making false allegation like he didn't sleep with her for two years, and she became pregnant by other man was just too rat like. he knew that it wasn't a fact and there is every possible chance that the child could be his even Jyoti was cheating on him.
Why didn't the undha insist for a DNA test before he labelled Jyoti's child as bustard. Don't tell me that highly educated undha didn't hear about this test.
Because even the child was his own flesh and blood he wouldn't accept it as its mother cheated on him??so he has the right to disowned the baby and call it bustard. But now he realise his wife hasn't slept with any other man rather than him his fatherhood suddenly rose up. Isn't that convenient.
I feel Pankaj deserves to live with Nelaam at least this Janam to repent what he has done to his child and its mother.
I would get really mad at the CV if they bring Jyoti and Pankaj together. It is an absolute no no for the message they are trying to spread. If this CV idiots can't handle issue with fairness and dignity they should refrain bring up such content and stick to rona dhona ekta kapoor types serials.
