Ok, the guy wasn't handicapped, he was just old, and was the younger brother of Mr Tripathi, not his son. Hence the willingness to accept Jyoti.
The conversation turned ugly from this point on, and ultimately resulted in the Tripathis being asked to leave. Poonam too got a good drubbing from both KK & Dadi.

Yea but Padma still convinced KK and Dadi that Poonam was right to do all this but CVs never show the right things, so annoying!! They didn't show Deepu during this whole drama, as Deepu does have an idea of Poonam's intentions behind getting Jyoti married again...if he were there, he might've intervened.

And to be honest , I think Jyoti should agree to marry this sugar daddy and make the Sharmas shocked even more.. that wud have been a good thappad for the Sharmas.. 100% of Poonam and also 50% of Padma want Jyoti to be out of the house.. so why not Jyoti agree to this and get out.. this serial anyway turns out to be either depressing or comical ..so why not ruin it with unimaginable endings.. ha ha ha..
