above all the topics there r sticky topicd its on the RF page only!! wich sticke topic do u want ill post the link if u want...??

d index to find a sticky topic or any other topic is on d first pg of r.f., it's somewhere on d bottom, i think

well , a sticky topic if the one which is fixed and is on the first page .. first 5-6 topics are sticky and they have a different bullet on left of them thier is a small page on which there is a white pin .. this is the bullet 's description .. hope it helps ..
