We spoke to Jaskaran Singh about Miley Jab Hum Tum season 1 finale... Best moments shooting Sanaya Irani: 1. What emotions are you going through as MJHT season one nears its finale? I can't explain how it feels when a show you have been associated with for two years now nears its end. I am overcome by a feeling of melancholy but also feel great at the same time because the show has worked so well and has been a huge hit with the viewers. The show has been successful and it feels that all the hard work has been paid off. I am sure everybody work hard on their respective show but not all of them turn out to be successful. 2. Favourite moment from the shoot: I honestly can't rate just one moment as my favourite. It has been fun shooting for the show and MJHT has become like a family to me. It doesn't feel that I come here to work but that I am back to my family. 3. Favourite on-screen romantic moment with Mayank (Arjun): Honestly, I can't recall any romantic moment with him as I really have a very bad memory. We end up laughing everytime we have to do a serious or a romantic scene. There is some serious problem with us and this has irked the entire cast and crew of the show. Even the director was sick and tired of our laughing. He will always ask us to take a break and come back for the shot. 4. How has been your experience on the show? Oh! the experience has been great. I am really fortunate to have featured on a youth based show. It's a different feeling together to work on a youth oriented show. I have come across some amazing people who are working on MJHT. 5. What if your character has to die on the show? My character won't die and I have that much of confidence. I don't want to think on what if? 6. Your favourite comment from the fan-club of the show? I can't recall the exact comment but this was for a scene where I cried profusely and this fan's comment read that even he cried while watching the scene and that the performance was awesome. Nothing can get better than this. Mohit Sehgal: 1. What emotions are you going through as MJHT season one nears its finale? 2. Favourite moment from the shoot: I am really bad at recalling the moments and memories from the past. There have been many moments which can be termed as my favourite. I had a blast shooting for the show and it has given me so much and landed me to new heights in my career. 3. Favourite on-screen romantic moment with Gunjan (Sanaya Irani): There was this sensuous and romantic number between Gunjan and Samrat which aired recently. It was Dil Kyu Yeh Mera from Kites and is a very beautiful song. 4. How has been your experience on the show? My experience on the show has been great. The entire crew and cast have been extremely supportive and helpful to me. MJHT is my debut show on TV and it has been a learning experience shooting with such skilled people. 5. Will you miss your co-actors if you are the one to bid adieu to the show? Obviously I am going to miss them as they have become like a family now. They have graduated from being friends to family. We used to eat, sit and chill out together and I am going to miss these fun moments. But I will surely be in touch with all of them. 6. Your favourite comment from the fan-club of the show? They have given us immense support and have loved all the characters. It's because of these fans that MJHT became so popular. I feel on cloud nine getting such great response from our fans. Naveena Bole: 1. What emotions are you going through as MJHT season one nears its finale? It's a mixed feeling. I am feeling terrible as I feel the show shouldn't have ended as it was so much of fun and everything was going so well. But I think the creative team has decided to come give the show a fresh look. I am upset and happy at the same time. 2. Favourite moment from the shoot: All my scenes with Rati Pandey, Jas Karan and Abhishek Sharma are my favourite. 3. Favourite on-screen romantic moment: The scene where in Benji (Abhishek Sharma) locks me and himself in a cupboard and we hold each others' hands for the first time. This was the first time I realise that I feel for him. 4. How has been your experience on the show? It's been amazing as MJHT is a youth-oriented show. There are a handful of shows which are youth based. My character has been through so many transitions on the show. It has transformed from negative to romantic and then completely positive. I have met some fabulous co-actors and directors on the show. I don't know what I will do if I have to do a saas-bahu saga. 5. What if your character has to die on the show? ' don't take such answers, we will not reveal it yet I am not a part of season two of the show. I will participate in Gunjan and Samrat's engagement ceremony and after that my character will end. I don't know how it will be treated. 6. Your favourite comment from the fan-club of the show? I read this one comment which said that Dia is the prettiest girl in the world. Also that Benji and I bring relief to an otherwise serious show. It said that our characters are fun and light to watch. 7. Any fun moment? Ah! a lot of them. I remember this shot where they had applied real gobar (cow-dung) on my legs and it was horrible. The entire vanity was sticking and Benji helped me wash it off. |
