Hi All,
My first post, hopefully its meaningful to some and for those who want to write just to abuse these talented group of II5 contestants or for that matter any member here, perhaps you can save yourself typing the abuses and us from binning it (you know wheređđ).
Anyways
So Vishwas is out. I am no singer myself but do enjoy music and can understand the "brays-surs" from the "surs"
I liked him, felt his personal story was something I could empathise with and most importantly felt he was one of the better singers in II5.đł I will not say the best as for me its still early days and we have not seen enough of all of them.đł
I felt moved yesterday when he shared a brief part of his life (if not a great singer, he at least seems to be a dutiful sonđđ, which in today's world is perhaps a rare and HUGE qualityđł).
I felt bad, especially so as I am an Indian, that once again my great Bharat ki Junta, has chosen, dimples, moles on the face, cute hair, great curves, great torsoes, wavy hair, personal sob-stories etc etc over whats most important for a singing talent show.........singing.
God especially help Sashi, Sriram, Naushad and Meghna (yes she may not be a great singer but at 17 the girl has a sweet voice and attempts to sing songs that have meaning and melody .......at least for me 'Lag jaa gale ke phir ye haseen raat ho na ho' is anytime better that 'Lag jaa gale se mere thaa karke!!!' hahahahađđđ)..........Becoz unfortunately, the above singers seem to have only their singing to rely on.đłđł
Anyways, coming back to the result therefore, while it saddened me for a whileđ........in retrospect what else could we have expected.đ
From a nation and Junta.........
who after 186 people were killed in a civilian causalty terrorist attack.........still choose the same Govt in power...with the state home minister conveniently given another post.đ
who after 76 + 40 policeman were killed in Maoists attacks at a single stroke (forget the causalties in aggregate).......are more bothered about Shoaib-Sania wedding or Kites being releasedđ
who after 2 crore Indian children not getting 2 square meals a day........are more bothered about IPL nights and indirectly sponsor the IPL by watching it and buying/ betting tickets.đ
who after fighting one of the deadliest war in last decade is making its war soldier martyrs and widows wait for compensationđ
the above points are only to name a few of the casualties. Let us not even begin to list the other horrors against women, children, poverty line people and aam (mango) junta.
So therefore.........
Dear Vishwas and his supporters,
If this Juntaa does not vote you............ki farq paindaa jiđłđ......
If will feel bad....but the best way is to keep the good memories and to forge ahead..........Because to be with "sur without the title".....is better that being a "bray-sur with short lived television fame".
