Hello everyone! Kaise ho sab? 🤗

Mann was looking oh-so-delicious in that purple UBS today 😍…*giggle* Oh I loved it! And that angry-young man look…pretty hot, I must say! 😳

LOL…anyway, initial drooling over, getting back to the point. 😆

Geet just found out that she's carrying the child of the very man who betrayed her and left her stranded in the middle of nowhere. And she also happened to belong to a family for who pride and honour scores over the life of the woman.

With narrow-minded, weak, chivalrous, sexist people like Brij in the family, I guess that's not too surprising. 🤢 His attitude to women is cheaper than dirt, and I feel truly sorry for his wife. The poor thing has to jhelofy him everyday.

So Geet's insistence that her family remain in the dark about her pregnancy is perfectly understandable. However, carrying the child makes her more aware about the circumstances and the society she lives in.

Due to which the thought suddenly crossed her mind that maybe…just maybe Gurwinder was right about what happened to Channi. Disbelief written all over her face, she asked him about it. Being the softie that she is, she refused to believe that her brother could kill someone. Finding that locket led her along that path, and right now her mind is overburdened with different thoughts, each bringing with it a new problem.

She wants to keep the child. Fine by me, as it's her own decision. If it were me, I'd never keep the child, but again, Geet is not Khushboo. 😳 😆

Anyway, right now all she's thinking about is the child, and how to protect it. As she said, "Main Dev se aaj bhi utni hi nafrat karti hoon jitna pehle karti thi. Par mere bachche ke liye main uss nafrat ko bhoolne ke liye bhi taiyyar hoon." Even in her hatred, her innate goodness forces her to believe that Dev can help her. The thought never crossed her mind that perhaps Dev can inflict more damage on her baby than she could ever imagine. (emphasis on perhaps...😉)

But maybe…just maybe Dev will soften up. Perhaps this baby will help him realise his mistakes. I'm not saying that's gonna happen, but it is a possibility. Whether Geet accepts him or not that is a different issue, but first I want him to turn over a new leaf. Everyone's allowed a second chance. If he can rectify his mistakes (which according to me is a mountain of a task), then that's good! 😃

Now…coming to Naintara. She took the phone from evil soulmate hubby dearest and heard Geet, her nemesis in terms, saying that she's pregnant with Dev's child.

Okay, so she planned everything, starting from the fake wedding to looting Geet and her family. But as she keeps on saying, she did it for Dev. Even though she married Dev for his money in the first place, I think she fell in love with him somewhere down the line. Otherwise why would she do all this? A woman who can stoop so low for money could have well divorced him and gotten married to another rich guy. 😕

But no. She chose to stay, and to help Dev. Her way was wrong, yes, and her intentions too. But somewhere her twisted mind found logic for her actions: love.

So she went and threw water on his face. And Dev's reaction? He denied it. What a man. He needs to be whacked hard with a Gucci stiletto. 😡 😲 😆 She threw things around, broke some, punched the feathers out of the pillow to take out her anger.

What else was she to do? She maybe the villain here, but she still is just human. Even if she is evil, she does have feelings. And what other reaction do we expect from her on finding out that her husband has fathered a child with another woman?

It's almost the same situation as Geet…refer to the title of this post. Dev is cheating on bot of them. 😡

She is a woman scorned, and apart from Dev, she is furious at poor Geet also. We know that Geet is not to blame, but still, in Naintara's eyes she's the one standing between her and her husband's love.

Maybe she deserves to be betrayed, just like she planned to do with Geet. But then, she too is a woman. She too loves Dev, as Geet does. Do we wish the same fate for her as well? I personally don't want that.

And now what I'm most worried about is what Naintara will do to hurt Geet. Thankfully Mann will be with her in Amritsar to protect her, but the fact still remains that Naintara is malicious…and I fear for Geet and the baby's life.

What are your thoughts on this?

And bashers…please stay off my post if you've nothing constuctive to say. Again, this is NOT about a couple. It is about Geet in general, an analysis of the episode as I saw it.

hey i missed the part wher she says "main bache ke liye sab bhoolne ko tayyar hoon"
i think dev will pretend to accept her and she will too go with dev thinking only of her unborn baby but later since dev's interest is only geet's beauty he might get the child aborted/ or try to
maybe then geet will not spare anyone..but whatever happens i am loving the way this serial is going
i loved the part "gicci stiletto" lolz wudn't it be nice to watch that scene in action..lolz good post dear..

~Very intersting analysis. I think that your view is interesting. I'm just getting caught up on the show so I can't say much now. But I think the way you write is very nice.

Thanks for replying Chullbulli dear! 😃
Yeah, I've the same fear regarding Geet's baby...but the fact is that I have a suspicion that it's not Dev who sent the message, but Naintara.
I think she'll lure Geet somewhere believing Dev has come to her rescue and then hurt the baby. 😲
And @bold...it was a random thought dear...😆 I wanna see that in action actually! 😉

Yes, the show is very catching...I find the situations and the characters very interesting actually. The way Geet's character is changing from a helpless lamb to a woman who can fight for herself is appealing.
And also Dev and Naintara happen to seem very realistic devils...I like that. 😊
Thanks, I'm glad you found my writing nice. 😃

Ooh I like how you put everything, very interesting!
But I have a feeling Dev won't soften up after hearing about the baby, he just wants to avoid and run away from all his mistakes :(
And yeah DevRa are both very realistic evil people, they do have feelings too, and I like how they show them as vulnerable people too in a way.

@Kashish (is that your name?)...thanks, I'm glad you liked the post. Yes, Dev is an escapist at heart...he hates problems, and would much rather run for the hills than face them. Thanks for your input...even I get the feeling Dev won't do anything, but still, I can hope for it.
This soap is very interesting...I like the way they show every character in a different light, make us realise that everyone has grey shades. I plan to dissect and analyse any scene I find especially captivating. I hope I'll see your comments in the future too. :D
@anna444...thanks, glad you liked it. I feel sorry for Naintara too. Despite being the villain that she is, she is also a woman, a wife. A human being with feelings. We can't ignore the fact.

really good analysis👏
actually i don't feel that sorry for naintara cos being a woman she should have never thought of this whole plan in the first place and letting dev hurt geet. even at this moment she is thinking abt herself only. she doesn't think abt geet and the pain she must have gone through
already most women in this world are oppressed by men around them. and on top of that it is the women who hurt other women in some way or the other instead of supporting them eg. mother-in-law/daughter-in-law fights. if women co-existed peacefully and support and fight for other women we won't have something called 'male dominated society'

Hmm..interesting analysis.
"Two women-one fate"...absolutely. Both were betrayed by the only cause of this fiasco..the MAN-which was Dev in this situation.
It's sad that, although she still hates Dev, she still thinks that he can do something or will come back.
Well I don't have fear for Geet anymore, now that Maan will be there- even if he hates being around her!
Can't wait for tomorrow's episode Geet & Maan in Amritsar, I hope it's interesting.
