bharat says he canceled his meeting to see avni and asks him where he is. bharat is at the same place as shiv and sees him. shiv says he is at the bank and hangs up. shiv tells darpan he will give 3 lakhs but what is guarantee he will keep his mouth shut. darpan says he cant do the sin of bothering him so many times. shiv asks for time. darpan says shiv has only 24 hours to give him 3 lakhs, he will call and tell where and when. bharat watches them from a distance and wonders why shiv is lying and who the man is with him.
