The show starts with Hussain welcoming the first Indian Idol Abhijeet Sawant. Abhijeet sings Mohabbatien Lutaunga and Bachna Ae Hasino (old one.) Then Hussain and Abhijeet welcomes everyone.
Bhoomi:
Bhoomi talks about her idol, Abhijeet. Abhijeet blushes when he sees it. She says that she wants to stand next to Abhijeet. After the video, Hussain calls Bhoomi on the stage and asks her to stand next to Abhijeet. Abhijeet wishes her all the best for her performance. Bhoomi sings Aazmaa Luck from Luck. All the judges were really impressed by her singing. Anu Malik says that she deserves to be in top 5. Then she does some rapping which was very cool. 😎
Sreeram:
Sreeram talks about his idol, Micheal Jackson. He comes on the stage and sings Tu hi Meri sab hai from Gangster (what a coincidence yaar, I was just humming the song 😆). The song was simply amazing. Loved his singing. After the song, Hussain asks Sreeram to show some dance steps as he is Micheal Jackson's fan. When he refuses, Hussain shows the steps. After the dancing, the judges comments. Sunidhi, Anu and Salim gets up from the seats and comes on the stage with a frown look on their faces. Well shocking 😲. Anu says that this is singing show not dancing. Hussain gives out a sorry expressions 🤢. The judges asks Sreeram to sing another because they want to test him. He sings Tu Hi Re (dont know what film 😳) Then the three of the judges says together that the song Sreeram sang (Tu Hi meri sab) was mind blowing. Sreeram looks completely surprised. He was toooooooo happy 🥳. The judges take their seats back. Sreeram still looks shocked but he was happy.
Rakesh:
Rakesh talks about his idol, his elder sister Naina. He sings Jabse tere Naina from Saawariya. After the song, Hussain asks Rakesh about his sister, his idol. Anu Malik seems impressed with his performance. Sunidhi says that she want to see him improving more and more. But she liked his singing. Salim says that he needs to remove his nervouness in the beginining of the song.
Shashi:
OMg can you believe it, his idol is SRK? *sighs* Gosh Shashi, I just love you so much 🥳 Okay, he talks about SRK and his career and his acting and his looks and etc (You'll get bored if I open my dictionary to describe SRK 🤣) so Shashi sings Mera Piya Ghar aaya from The best of Nusrat fateh Ali Khan album. After the song, Hussain tells Shashi that they have found out that Shashi runs a tution class. Then they show video where Shashi is teaching harmonium to Meghna. Meghna says that Shashi was really good. Salim says that the performance was really good but he doesn't sing from the heart and that's the main thing. Sunidhi says that He was good too but need to improve on few mistakes. But Anu Malik said he was totally awesome in his singing. It touched his heart. Hussain asks Anu that Salim said it didn't touch his heart and Anu said it did. Salim clarifies himself saying Shashi is good but he needs to improve. Sunidh says Shashi did go wrong in some lines and Anu said he didn't. End of arguement.
Meghna:
Meghna talks about her idol, Richa Sharma. Meghan sings Lag ja gale from Woh Kaun Thi. Hussain asks her that she is from Lata Mangeskar's music school so why is Richa her idol? She explained the reason saying Richa was the first person that came in her mind while practising the music. Salim said she sang really well. Anu wasn't impresses by her singing too much. Sunidhi said she is improving day by day.

What they don't like about each other?
Anu: Sunidhi is always eating Daal (Lentils).
Sunidhi: She don't like Salim's haircut.
Salim: Sunidhi is politically correct and always saying all the best to everyone which means you are very bad.
Anu: Salim is always smiling whether he is saying complimenting or critisizing.
Salim: Anu always about himself even while giving comments to contestants.
Anu: Sunidhi is always praising his dance moves.
Sunidhi: She doesn't like Anu ji's dance.
After video, Salim says all the best to Hussain and Abhijeet in a sunidhi style. Hussain says that he loves Anu's dancing. 🤣 The Anu starts dancing with Kali Kali aankhen in the bg. He goes on the stage and starts dancing.
Naushad:
His talks about his idol, his uncle. He sings Bol Na Halke from Jhoom Baraarbar Jhoom. Hussain asks that what would be his uncle's reaction seeing him in Indian Idol. He says that he would bless him. He says he would like to open a music school for his uncle is he becomes Idol. Salim says that he was left speechless listening to his song. Sunidhi says the he was so good that she forgives his mistakes. Even Anu was highly improved with Naushad.
Abhijeet cries about him gettingblue tie and Hussain gets red tie. They both have sweet arguement about it. Then Hussain says that after coming to idol, even enemies turn into friends. There was a sweet video on Naushad and Swaroop. They talk about their friendship.
Then Swaroop comes on the stage and talks about Naushad and his singing. Naushad talks about Swaroop as well. They both sings some folk song. The judges comes on the stage and starts dancing.
Arpita:
Arpita says that she doesn't want to be like anyone else. She wants to be herself. Therefore she doesn't have any idol. She sings, Thoda Sabaab Hai from Teen Patti. OMG she was amazing. Loved her singing. Hussain asks that after SRK, Kareena and Anu, its Arpita who likes herself. She replies saying it's not that but she has set an image of herself and she wanted to be like that. Sunidhi liked her song. Salim says the same. Anu sings some random poem about him being happy with Arpita's singing.

Top 3: Sreeram, Arpita and Naushad
The winner is yes it's Sreeram 😃.
