Laali certainly IS a far cry from the heavily made up leading ladies that we are accustomed to seeing on our shows.

I think that she stands out primarily because of ratan's personality which simply shines out of her.😊

I wanted to comment on the heavy makeup some of those women wear. In this show it is not so bad, but others it is terrible. the women look like clowns with all that makeup on. it is so ugly. i like laali that she does not wear make it suits her role. baxwaille is the one who wears the most makeup in the show. the others are much lighter with the makeup. i can see they might need it for the show and the lightning etc. they have to look good, but they don't need to slap on three layers of make up to look nice. 😆 😆

I love laali's simple and village looks. she actually looks like a girl for her character. perfect blend of talent and beauty.

ya she plays the role of a rural young girl sold to a man perfectly. she is not overdressed..mind you her clothes are getting uglier and uglier. are those her maternity clothes for the next few months? ugh...they should get her a nice wardrobe at least so she can look decent and be comfortable. an actor must fit into the role well and make it realistic to the audience. that is what makes the show more realistic.... 😆 😆 go laali.... 😆 😆

Do you think Siddy wears too much makeup? I don't but of course more than Laali. Her makeup is not as bad compared to other women. Besides looking pretty is her think. What does she do all day? sit in front a mirror admiring her clothes, face and jewelry... 😆 😆 😆
