WE, at STAR One, launched an online petition two weeks ago asking you who Dr Riddhima should choose as her life partner. We wanted to understand what you felt about Riddhima's decision. The response was enormous!

Over TWO LAKH Dill Mill Gayye (DMG) fans participated in the WHO DESERVES RIDDHIMA? Campaign. All of you were unanimous in your response. And we thank you!

"I have been watching Sanjeevani and DMG since it started. Have been a big fan of Armaan and Ridhima storyline. I stopped watching DMG after that shootout episode happened. Again started watching when Armaan and Ridhima came back. I have been watching it with the hope that Armaan and Ridhima will unite finally. But now I can see where the storyline is going. Please don't destroy DMG by Sid and Ridhima getting together. DMG is all about Ridhima and Armaan and has always been. So make it different from the daily irritating Saas-bahu soaps. Unite Armaan and Ridhima. They are made for each other. They make us believe in love. Don't stretch this sacrifice drama anymore. Please…make Ridzi realize that she loves Armaan."

ON Tuesday, May 11, our episode showed Riddhima deciding to give her marriage a real chance. Riddhima's decision seems to have upset many of you, Armaan-Riddhima supporters! On the other hand it has been welcomed by the Siddhant-Riddhima fans.

Here's a glimpse of the comments we got.

"I hate you Riddhima....Agar tumhe Armaan ko bhulana hi tha tho use tab bata deti jab voh tumhare liye vapas aaya tha.....ab itna natak karne ke baad I feel ki Armaan should leave Ridzy, Armaan deserves much better girls than Riddhima.....I hate the directors for causing the AR breakup.... After watching the serial for so many months what we get to see is this... I m afraid if it continues like this in all other serials too everyone will stop watching. STAR One."

"This is a very smart move after a long time done by the Creative Team of DMG. For a change they are showing what's right and not what popular. Because once you start showing what is right, popularity will increase automatically and you will get a new crop of fans. See it this way, fresh story line comes with fresh number of fans! Many boycotted when Shilpa left but the show is still going on and that was two years ago! I hope they respect marriage and they show how love can grow when both the partners respect each other."

i don't know .. this sounds more like they want sidma together n defending their actions ..

Frankly its a show meant for entertainment of viewers because of whom the show is running .. I would have no respect for a production house that can't respect its viewers ... This is not a lesson for life class, with sidma you are cheating the viewers who have been loyal viewers , and if their choice means nothing for you then nothing more to be siad but i would request AR fans to quit watching the show. Basic funda - don't lose out on old loyal customers to harvest on new ones!!!!

And for those guys who want AR fans to learn the lesson of life .. and want us to appreciate RS marriage, I think some other production house needs to put across the mesg to u guys that cheating aint fun or acceptable ( n a marriage to sustain jus cauz its a marriage is societal pressure, no1 should sacrifice his/her real happiness cauz of society norms. Have courage to stand up for what u want). Ridz's character is extremely weak and selfish. She never cared for armaan and she doesnt care for sid. But we fans believe in Arman's character, so stop playing with that charact.. after 3 years u find a new grl for her is nonsense..n ur show is there because of armaan's character cauz most of us believe in love... - so TO CVS, EITHER MAKE ARMAAN ACCEPT THE FACT IN TRUE SENSE THAT RIDZI WAS A MISTAKE, GIVE HER A PEACE OF HIS MIND, POINT OUT HER MISTAKES N MOVE ON or unite him to ridzi then I as fan would be better off compared to what I feel now...ANd if nayone has to learn sthg it shud be ridzi's n sid's character. Either u accept that Rid n SId r big time flirts, who believe in flings .. or else pl
