why doesn't krishna want them to know?

as u all know in todays episode, pratigya eats some rotten pickle and starts vomiting and everyone thinks she is pregnant! we all know she isnt though but one thing that surprised me was that krishna silenced pratigya and told her that no one must know that she isnt pregnant? why?! i dont get it.. 😕
another thing i dont get.. in the precap, the saxenas are getting all happy on hearing of pratigya's "pregnancy" but not that long ago they were totally opposing krishna and pratigya's wedding!🤔 i mean, its only been a couple of months into their marriage and everyone is suddenly happy with them beginning a family?! .. i am confused lol 😆 😕

It's not uncommon for people to oppose marriages and not accept the new bahum but once a child comes they embrace the child. Go figure! The couple end up having a miserable wedding and then the in-laws forget they caused all that misery.

Krishna doesn't think so fast on his feet when it comes to matters of the family and relationships\. He saw his dad be so happy and it clouded his judgment. Prats was giving him a reality check and soon it will all be cleared that it was the bad pickle that the maid handed her that caused it. The family can't blame her if that happens and Krishna won't need to come up with explanations either.

That maid needs to be fired. Amma better watch out, if this crazy lady can food poison the new bahu she won't think twice about poisoning anyone else in the family. She needs to be tossed out of the house and it's Prats who has to step up and find out she was given fungus infested pickle.
