Will Smith enthralls contestants with some over-the-top entertainment On the sets of Indian Idol II, Will Smith arrived exactly on time… dressed casually, sporting a cowboy hat. And as the aarti was done and the tilak put on his forehead, he seemed to go into a trance. As the final five contestants greeted the star, he went a step further and even air-kissed the male contestants. That's the 'Hitch' star for you. And that wasn't all. When someone from the crowd asked Will to give some tips to the contestants, he jumped on the sofa and started screaming. He added, "You have to be able to do this in a room full of crowded people. And if you can get rid of that nervous feeling your job is done." He even asked one of the contestants to jump and scream like him. Talking about his busy schedule in Mumbai, Will confessed that he had a great time at Fardeen Khan's party. "I even partied at Salman's place and he gave me a gift. I almost cried," he joked. When asked what the gift was he said, "You have to ask him that." While interacting with the crowd, Will spoke about how television is different from films. "In television, the size of the screen is small so whatever you do needs to be bigger. And of course, in TV you are in control of your performance. But in films, actors are just tools of the director. You just have to trust the director." On a lighter note, when asked what are the things he would do if he were to be the President of the United States for a day, Will exclaimed, "I would immediately give Aishwarya Rai US citizenship!" |
