Who is the best female judge in singing reality show?

Hey guys I have created another poll for finding out whose the best female judge in a singing reality show. While voting you have to consider not only the popularity of the judge but also the overall personality of the judge i.e her knowledge of singing, talent, her behaviour & way of dealing with contestants, attitude, judgements etc. Please do vote & I would also be happy to see some comments

From my POV I think its Shreya ghoshal. I guess those of u who have watched chote ustaad will surely agree with this. Shreya no doubt is the most talented singer today, but she is also very down to earth person, whenever she is the judge she appears quite natural & spontaneous, she doesnt act proud or anything. I remember in chote ustaad she used to treat ashwariya & anwesha as her younger sisters, once she had said so on the stage. Never seen her indulging in any hot arguments. And I also noticed that many a times in cu she used to explain by singing the song herself which is a very good quality of a judge, & she is a classically trained singer. Her simplicity is what makes her so adorable. Then I also like Alka yagnik as a judge.

I think Shreya is not only a great singer but also a good judge. Its not only her beautiful voice but also her simplicity & matured behaviour as a judge which has made her a favourite for most people like me!😊

Both Alka yagnik and Shreya Ghosal are good judges till now, I surprised that noone has voted for Alka Yagnik, So sad !

Alka is quite humerous also , I liked the moment in srgmp lil champ when she gifted Abhijit a wig.......😆😆😆

Sunidhi is also a very talented singer and judge but it's always out of my wit that why she favoured Altamash who sang title song of main hoon na ..... without lay and taal which are the key factors of singing....
