Dear Nishi,

Your plea to Terence Sir looks sweet but as far as I know, the masters don't believe in favoring any one unless they have the talent and determination to work hard (e.g they rejected all the kids who were begging). The auditions are open to general public and every body has a fair chance in showing their talents to the wonderful masters and getting accepted at DID. If you live in India you can also register for the classes that they offer (e.g. http://terencelewis.com/TLCDC.swf) . You can do a web search for the classes of other masters as well. The third option would be to register at the classes offered by their students like they showed on DID lil masters (e.g. Alisha's Student from Ranchi).
If you have a desire to learn then I don't think any body can stop you but my dear friend, please don't do this because it is a dishonor to the art as well as the artists.
