Javed Sheikh in a music video

Pakistani superstar Javed Sheikh hasn't been having great luck as far as his Bollywood appearances have been concerned.

In Anubhav Sinha's 'Dus', his role was chopped off at the last moment. This was followed by 'Shikhar' that came and went without even creating a whimper. His third release 'Rafta Rafta - The Speed' too has been anything being exciting that would be heartbreaking for the veteran actor.

Still, there is at least some reason to rejoice for Sheikh as his act in Pakistani pop star Shehzad Roy's music video 'Salli' has been widely appreciated. After making waves in Pakistan, the song is all over on the Indian channels and is soon vying for a place towards the top. Playing a hassled 'jija' to a beautiful 'salli', his comic act has managed to add in some good spice to an already popular foot tapping number.
