The lady's name is Shruti whom Smisha in the previous update mentioned as Lady R.
When Nakul Vaid(Anupam) and Doctor leave Shruti's in laws house, Shruti falls in front of their jeep and becomes unconscious. Doctor recognizes her as Shruti and she gets admitted to a hospital. At home inlaws have gone out of town and Shruti's greedy brother-in-law and co-sister are worried about Shruti missing from the room. Brother-in-law plans to complaint to the police that Shruti ran away with her boyfriend stealing their money and jewellery. Then he asks his wife to bring all the money and jewellery and plans to sell it.
At the hospital Shruti is out of danger and she tells Inspector, Anupam and Madhavi that she was forced with sleeping pills and was made to sign a blank paper. She says that they want to take back the property which her husband Shobhit had transferred to her name. But she is scared to complaint against them as she is worried about her to be born baby.
Here at the police station, Inspector is mad at that brother-in-law guy for falsely reporting a case and want to make and arrest. Anupam and Madhavi (Rajeshwari) tells him that he can't arrest them without any proof and Shruti is not ready to lodge a complaint. They devise a plan. Madhavi also asks inspector to give her names of all black marketer jewellers.
A person (inspector in disguise) calls brother-in-law that he heard that he has a property in Madh island and he is intersted in buying it. First this guy is skeptical but then the caller increases the amount to 3.5 crores and greed takes over and these people agree to sell it. He says that the property is in his brother Shobit's name. Then the caller says that he will come with a lawyer and will make necessary arrangements and asks him to meet before bandra court.
This guy and his wife are happy and when his parnets return they tell that Shruti ran away with jewellery and money with a guy. Mother-in-law curses Shruti.
In front of Bandra court, Caller and a lawyer are present and this guy is asked to sign many papers. Then they ask who this Shruti is? because property is in her name. This guy says she is Shobit's wife and is out of town. Caller says that she needs to sign the papar. This guy is tensed and tells them that Shruti will be out of town for 6-7 months. Then they say if they can take all the papers form him so that they can make proper arrangements. Caller them gives him a blank cheque. This guy is skeptical but caller says that he needs to trust him and that he will meet him at his house at 5:00 pm. Then Inspector tells Anupam that Madhavi must be at the station with Hari bhai the guy who bought jewellery from them.
It's past 5:00pm and the guy and wife are tensed. Then they hear doorbell and when he opens the door finds the inspector and a constable. Just then mother-in-law is also at the door. Inspector tells them that they found Shruti and the jewellery and they need to go with him to the station for identification.
At the station they bring Hari bhai the jeweller and he tells everyone that the guy (brother-in-law)sold the jewellery. Madhavi tells the in-laws that your 'pyaara' son is a devil and he will even kill you guys for money. She vows to put them behind bars with maximum punishment.
At the hospital Shruti delivers her baby and Anupam hands her the property papers. Shruti is thankful then Madhavi tells her that 'God helps those who helps themselves.'
