and / or declare the defiant person (the contemnor) in contempt of court if they improperly challenge the judge by prevaricating and using words like "floatsam, jetsam, brouhaha and reconnoitering"

actually the funny thing is verbose pleadings are unacceptable in court, and may be thrown out on that ground alone.. Narratives giving the material facts should be clear and concise. They can't be picked from vague or ambiguous wordings, or from statements of circumstances supporting different conclusions.
