very likely from what we are seeing her...it can be that bad experiences made her arrogant, but the way she treats everyone is just too much. she might be upset with Indrajeet but that does not give her authority to insult anyone and everyone..

Looking at Vasu's character from the begining, it is for sure that she is liked by elders (her parents, thats what Ambika told and her father-in-law) because she knew how to protect family's status and business empire. And she is wise enough to lead and protect the business. Though, as viewers we didnt like her business minded nature in every aspect of life, elders must have thought this as a plus point. Hence, dadaji must have made the decision to put the property in her name. Though he was sad about Ambika (that she had to marry Satyen and not Indu), he didnt give the property to her because he knew very well she is not capable. The adjective "capable" goes very well with Vasu and hence she must have been highly regarded by her parents and in-laws.
Apart from this, seeing the current situation, I dont think she could have been a good wife to Indu. Or may be Indu was very weak and in one weak moment he must have done something. There is no justification to Indu's behavior. Vasu's ego must have hurt a lot as she considered herself to be very beautiful. Her basic nature as it is revolves around her ego and this might have aggrevated that.
But, if she has suffered (because of Indu), then she shouldnt create problems to others. There is no justification to that.
I dont want to compare other serials here. But just one sentence. Baa of Baa Bahu aur Baby also was not a happy wife as her husband didnt fulfill any duties (Baa was a good wife, but husband was a drunkard). Though she was devasted, she didnt use that for her arrogance. Instead, she proved herself to be a great person.

Vasu used her good qualities for executing bad stuff. Dadaji did not give Vasu the property, but Alekh and probably Vasu got the power of attorney as she is Alekh's mother. Dadji might have suspected that Indrajeet can divide the property between his two wives and thus someone will come to demand a share from Rajvansh property. So if Vasu has the power, she will never let soemone take away Alekh's "amanat"

well frankly i think infidelity is not justified..period..if two partners have problems wid each other they should go their own ways if inspite of BOTH their best efforts they cannot salvage the relationship..tht is my personal view..bt cheating on ur wedding vows is just not done..no matter what the scenario..in inder and vasu's case,if he cudnt stay wid her,he shud have left or else adjust..having an affair and then blaming the spouse for it is cowardly..if we go by what vasu says,he stayed wid her coz of money..tht dsnt say much about him either..no matter what or how vasu is,it dsnt give him the licence to stray...

Having seen Vasu's attitude all this while towards relationships, people, etc., its very difficult to believe that she is the one who was wronged and it wasn't she who initiated the entire thing.

If you take individual incidents of Vasu's attitude and behaviour with people, her OWN sister wanted her DESTROYED and we all know what led CM to do everything that she did (even though its wrong), so if her attitude towards her ELDER sister was like this, do you think she would have respected her husband? We all know how her behavior towards Dadi Bua was, we have heard that it was Vasu who kicked her out of the Rajvansh house. Whatever it is, it was DB who brought up Indrajeet, so disrespectfully sending her to some old age home was definitely not right. Her behaviour towards Sadhna & Ragini, towards Maamaji and his family, and now even towards her sons, tell me which relationship has she done complete justice to till now in her life? Someone as selfish as her, who just want people older and younger to her to live their life as how she demands, to obey her rules, how can any man be happy with someone like her?

In my opinion, definitely Vasu would have shown her true colours just after marriage. And at that time maybe Indrajeet was young with high expectations from marriage and his wife and within 1 year of marriage, he would have been totally shocked and disappointed. This initial disappointed must have made him vulnerable and led him to find solace in someone who understands him. And maybe he legally wanted to separate from Vasu and not cheat her, but Daddaji would not have permitted this considering 'badnami' in society, bad name to 'Rajvansh', etc. So I don't think property would be the main reason Indrajeet stayed back. Since Indrajeet respected Daddaji, Daddaji must also have emotionally blackmailed him and taken his promise to remain with Vasu. And we all know that Indrajeet is not as money minded as Vasu, if we think about his positive attitude towards Maamaji and family, and his attitude towards love, relationships, etc.

If Vasu was shown as someone who does justice to everyone and only punishes wrong people, we can think about the possibility of her having become like this because of her husband's infedility. But considering that her attitude from the beginning itself was like this, maybe this is just the way she is and its not any incident that made her like this, cos if it was so, she wouldn't have ill-treated people like her OWN ELDER sister, DM, etc. at that time itself.
