Disgusting on sony's part

Ok i loved the 1st epi of II5 but i got problems with sony or the editors or whoever decides to show stuffs from the show. The anu girl, it was clearly visible that she MAY NOT be a mentally stable person...her behavior and everything indicated that it could be her psychology tht was making her do those stuffs. And to tell u the truth, i felt very sad for her...for me the whole anu thing was not funny AT ALL. I am a girl who's very fun loving and loves to joke around...but i ido believe that not EVERYTHING can be a joke. And i m really disappointed with sony the way it showed the whole anu thing, with "funny" songs & all. Nobody asked how SHE felt? They could just cut that part off instead of making a huge deal out of it. According to me, sony just gave out a very wrong message out to ppl & as to how ppl would look at mentally unstable ppl. I am highly disappointed. When will ppl stop treating such pppl in this kind of disgusting manners?

Well, then why did she decide to take such a haughty decision to audition for this show in the first place!!! She really stretchedthe levels of unrealism to a new extent. Who the heck does she think she is? It wasn't any psychological problem, it's her upbringing. Too much overconfidence and overindulgence of the upbringing is truly wrong. Did she or any others have any idea how she sounded? Such idiosyncratic insolence shall not be tolerated at all, especially by experienced people in the fiueld of music.

This wasn't unkind at all... She came to the show, she's responsible herself... Sony has every right to show all the contestants who participate to Indian Idol... And I found it very funny personally...

well like i said she seemed mentally unstable to me which means she may not have been in the state to take right decisions like not realizing about exposing herself to the whole nation & world on tv...& she might stay alone which is why she had nobody to stop her coming on the show. Her upbringing cant make her CLAIM tht she's katrina kaif's sister....i wud have agreed wid u all the way bout her not being mentally unstable but as soon i heard she claimed herself to be katrina's sister & she wasnt even joking, all the behaviors indicated tht she is perhaps psychologically underdeveloped for her age...as we can see her maturity level.

i agree the judges cudnt have tolerated her singing but i loved the way sunidhi behaved wid her so sweetly...shows her maturity n understanding

and the way sony put "funny" songs on the anu girl, it also showed how mature & sensitive the sony ppl r...just my POV again😊 i know they have all the right to show watever they want...but then they shudnt be THAT insensitive to show such thing in SUCH way & make a big deal of it....there r thousands of other contestants who's shot have been edited n cut for sure...sony doesnt need to show EVERYTHING

I kinda agree with you.. she was clearly unstable mentally. 🤔 But, she was also getting out of her way arguing and abusing, cussing words at the judges. Who can possibly tolerate all that ?? 😵 How can one of the judges even ask how and what she felt like ??!

I felt very bad for the lady for being soo oblivious in her ways and means. May God bless her..

exactly...i m not blaming the judges at all...they were the ones being cussed & everything & their reaction was pretty obvious...dnt blame them at all...but i m blaming sony for this BIG TIME...they made a joke out of this thing when its not even funny...im 15 & even i cud feel for the girl where sony ppl must be way older n more mature than i m...but i cant call them mature for this thing

Well, if you look at it that way then, yes, what Sony did wasn't very approvable. But anything and everything sells, let's not forget that and TV isn't about family values and pure entertainment any more. It's a whole-hearted business, where no one has any thought about people's feelings. But I found that funny, I'm sure some others would've also. It's not because I'm sadistic or something, it's just how the channel presented the content that was jocular.

When it comes to TV, its all for TRPs...and lets not forget that many people coem there in a hope for having some two minute fame that might get them somewhere...otherwise seriously there are so many people who come there and make a fool of themselves... As for Anu, she was accompanied by a member of her family who tried to stop her from cussing but did not succeed... Many out there feel that by doing this it might fetch them some fame... Look at Afsha from srgmp lil champs, she auditioned and cud she sing Heck No...then why the heck did her mom get her there...cos of where she has landed today... so people who decide to come out on national television and make a fool of themselves know what they are doing... and television guys are out there to make money as we all know...
