Instead of 'Who deserves the most', I would rather ask 'Which awards are the most deserving ones'. Anyhow, most of them are deserving, IMHO - except for one or two perhaps. I won't say that, though. :P

Rani, Kajol and Kareena have the maximum number of award winning performances. They are definitely in the top. Vidya's name should be added too. I've liked most of her perfromances since her debut. I hope she wins more and more awards. 😃😃

^^ If we are talking about the maximum wins by Bollywood films, then Rani (along with Nutan, Kajol's late aunt) has the highest wins - six times, followed closely by Kajol and Kareena, five. Taking all awards, Kajol has the highest number of them.
