Samrat:Gunjan's strength

I've been tempted to make this post specially after yesterday's episode....... First, SG were beautiful in yesterday's rehearsal. I actually don't have words to explain their performance. Amazing. lovely, heart-wrenching are some of the few words I can use, but they definitely do not sum it up!!

And more than anything, this post is dedicated to Samrat and Mohit.... I honestly feel that no one could play a better Samrat than Mohit. It was amazing to see how he has evolved as an actor and yesterday's scenes convinced me about that.

Gunjan, wasn't willing to do the audition at first. But, for Nupur, she did attend it. And Samrat, supported her because he knew how important it was for Gunjan that Nupur got the role. He stood by her and gave the audition with her beacuse he knew how scared she was of the stage. It reminded me of the Talent Parade days, when Samrat helped Gunjan in bringing out her singing talent in front of the whole college.He gave her that confidence even yesterday, that I am with you no matter what.

On coming to know that the scene to be enacted was a break-up scene, Gunjan immediately backed out, because even the thought of seperation was haunting. Even then, Samrat assured her that this was just a rehearsal and they would always be together no matter what. And only on the basis of this assurance, Gunjan did the audition. He was constantly telling her how he would be with her till death parted them That was the most beautiful line and the essence of their relationship is that they will always be with each other.

After the audition, amidst all the applause and appreciation, Samrat had eyes only for Gunjan and he knew how difficult it had been for her to enact that scene. He explained to her again, and the support he gave her was what helped her get back to normal.
And now, it will be Samrat who will convince Gunjan to take the role, because he wants her to fulfill her every dream.
All this made me fall in love with them all over again. So here's a big round of applause for Samrat-Gunjan and specially Samrat. He is, has been and will always be Gunjan's shining star.

Exactly. They both were simply extraordinary in yesterday's scene. Expressions were just beyond imagination.

Yesterdays' episode was even more amazing.
The look which Samrat had when Neil asked everyone about who can convince Gunjan indicated how proud he was of Gunjan and her talent. Even though he was the one who got her to sing at the time of talent parade, he doesn't want to take any credit for it. He believes that he was simply the catalyst between Gunjan and her dreams which is so true. Gunjan would never had even participated had Sam not been there.

And he will never force Gunjan to do anything. He was so concerned about the fact whether acting in the movie would make her happy or not and he wanted to support her decision no matter what. For him what was important that Gunjan shouldn't be unhappy or dissatisfied.

And I loved how he made the distinction between Gunjan and Chashmish and ONLY he can understand Gunjan so well. He made her realise her own dreams which she had hidden inside her do to the fear of facing the outside world. He knows what her heart really wants and will make her come to terms with it.
