Yes..It is true tht she told her abt her Pregnancy...but at the end she said..."Tumhein mujhse yehi umeed thi naa k main tumse yehii kahuun k main tumhare bache ki maa banne walii hoon..Lekin Sach toh yeh hai Sujal ..k Charu tumharey bache ki maa banne walii hai..Main Nahii.." So in this case...Sujal knows nothing!
