He put his feet out which were covered with expensive shoe wear. He holds on to the window bar, while his luxurious silver watch came hanging down. He got out of the car as he rubbed off the dust on his pricey dark suit. He stood outside his car in a straight posture. His tall figure well built body, messed short cropped thick black hair, tanned skin with his eyes hidden under a black tint sun shades. His lips curled into a thin smile revealing a faint dimple. Wearing black jeans with red shirt with two top button open and over that a black unbuttoned jacket which had a design on the back. He took off his shades revealing the perfect deep blue eyes identical to an ocean shimmering under the hot sun.

Prateeksha's attempts failed as her view got blocked due to the sun. Under the oversized helmet she frowns trying to take a proper look at the man who was coming towards her. He slowly took his step. The sound of the boots was coming closer to Prateeksha, for unknown reason her heart beat was also rising. Finally it came to a stop as he stood right in front of Prateeksha and her scooty. Prateeksha was finally able to take a proper look at the handsome guy who any girl will fall for just like that in front of her and blocking the sun rays which were hurting Prateeksha's eyes earlier.

Prateeksha can feel her goose bumps as the wind got stronger blowing her hair to sides. Seen his confident smile she felt as if the world came to a stop. His dimples, the handsome hot looks with cute baby expressions just melt Prateeksha's heart. For a while she was lost in his deep blue eyes which was expecting her to say something, until she remember the reason of each others' encounter. As he stare at Prateeksha's annoyed face he flashed his dimples and turned to go but before he could turn Prateeksha shot her question 'what were you staring at?' questioned Prateeksha. The guys turned his attention back to her stunned she didn't knew if he was admiring her or if he was making fun of her but it was clear that she wont easily give in for his looks. 'I was looking at that person who dared to shout at ME' he said calmly which irritate Prateeksha and it was clearly visible on her face. Prateeksha was really angry as he was giving too much importance to himself and it was obvious the way he mentioned about himself. 'Me… Shashank Malhotra' he continued confidently, Prateeksha wasn't able to make eye contact with him as she felt very disgusted about these rich spoilt brats but the way he introduce himself made her to look back at him, for her the name was so familiar but she couldn't recall how and why but as she noticed his sly smile her hand turn into a fist but she didn't cross her limits so she controlled herself. 'kyun? Tum bhagwan ho?' She asked mockingly, Shashank frown his eyes brows towards Prateeksha's unexpected question 'nahi… magar han…' he replied making Prateeksha confuse more. 'kyun tumhe 'cant make up my mind' bimari hai?' she shot back pronouncing it slowly so Shashank will understand her but in reply Shashank shook his head 'I like it' he replied 'I like your confidence' he looked at her from top to bottom disgustedly but hiding it with a smile, as he rest his hand on the scooty Prateeksha felt uncomfortable and frown at him under the helmet 'haath mat lagao' she said as she slightly hit his hand but before she could reach him he took his hand away not scared but dismayed, 'you know I was this close to come under your car… this close' she continued showing a little space between her thumb and her index finger. In reply he look at his palm and noticing the dust on his hand he looked here and there he saw a silk fabric on the side he snatch it and brush his palm on it, Prateeksha's eyes widen as he took her dupatta to wipe off the dust. She pulled it back instantly 'ok enough alright… stop all this smart replied ok I am not here to play kaun banega karor pati' she said confirming it with him but he was not giving her any attention but was looking here and there at the road to make sure there aren't any cars lining up behind them. 'oyeh I am talking to... how dare you? Who gave you license? Do you think this is your father's road? Amir hua toh kya hua… kaise logo se specially ladkiyon se baat karthe hai yeh bhi nahi seekha?' she continued with her angry tone 'hold on hold on… tell me first… for what are you blaming me... not talking to you properly or not driving properly' he questioned her 'bohot smart samjhthe hona apne aap ko?' Prateeksha shot back 'nahi nahi sweet heart smajtha nahi hoon' Shashank said with satisfaction while Prateeksha growled under her breath 'by the way if I wanted na I can even buy this road too' he replied mockingly 'oh toh aab tum mujhe bataraha hai ki tum kitni badi millionaire ho? You cant scare me get it straight Mr...' she replied knowing he isn't listening to her 'by the way thank you… thank you very much' this instantly caught Shashank's attention and Prateeksha felt proud about it in a way 'thanks for telling me your name Shashank Malhotra ab toh mujhe koi problem nahi hogi tumhare kilaf police main entry likhane main… you know I wont have any problem' Prateeksha continued proudly smiling but her smile vanish as soon as Shashank chuckle at her in reply 'yeh that's cool I mean its another story nobody will believe you…' Shashank reply mockingly showing off 'oh just shut up... if no body believe me I will make them believe me' Prateeksha shot back.

'But our story is different because you're going to complain about yourself not me' Shashank also shot back as if he was challenging her 'hun?' Prateeksha questioned like he was speaking another language. In reply Shashank turn towards his BMW car Prateeksha too slightly bend to take a good view at what he was showing. Her face flushed in pink with embracement because she realised that she was blaming Shashank all this time for no reason as it was actually her fault. The right side of the car was still flashing with the bright yellow light and because they both were turning to the same side and being on a one way road she should have been more careful. She bit the corner of her lip nervously; unable to make eye contact with him she kept her stare at the ground. Shashank tried to peep into her eyes but it was difficult because her head was lowered. There was nothing left for Shashank to hear or Prateeksha to say so Shashank start walking back towards his car Prateeksha slowly lift her head to see Shashank walking away but he stopped in his track and turned around. Prateeksha immediately looked away as if she was busy with getting her scooty started 'by the way sorry I forgot your name…' asked Shashank 'hello I never told you my name so there is no way you can forget it…' she replied starting the engine of her scooty 'so your not a victim of amnesia don't worry' she said mockingly as she flew away on her scooty. Shashank watch her disappearing away surprised at the different reaction he has received from this girl but he was jerked out from his feelings as he heard his phone vibrating. He took his phone out from the pocket checking the ID a smile came upon his face

'Hello sweetheart…' he greet the person in the other end but his smile began to disappear as the person on the other end continued speaking 'what?! Ok I am coming' he got into his car and drive off as fast as possible.

Shashank's white BMW stopped outside the closed gates. A second or two later the closed gates open heading it way into a long path which ends at a big mansion. Giving a frown evil look towards the security guard, who was near the gate he drove toward the white painted house which had beautiful interior decorations just outside the building. As Shashank's car went further away the guard pick up the phone receiver. 'Hello Radha mam... ji Shashank sir abhi enter kiya hai…' the guard spoke to the receiver 'Thanks!' said Radha from the other end. 'Badi Ma!' Radha who was at her late twenties shout on top of her lungs. A middle aged lady dressed in a sari stood at the balcony which was built inside the house 'han Radha batao...' the lady reply 'Shashank is coming' she said in a hurry as soon as the lady heard this she got disturbed 'thank you beta' she replied as she turned to go but a old aged lady came and stood in front of her. She looked really nervous as she looked with her puppy eyes toward the lady. 'Sonia kya humara plan kamiyaab hoge?' asked the old lady 'hun ma trust me... mujhe Shashank par pura barosa hai' Sonia replied with confidence while taking the old lady into her room. 'Guys! Shashank bus bees meters away' he said shouting, he took his position next to Radha his hands around her shoulder. Both were staring towards the main door. His short cropped hair neatly brushes to the side. The boy was dressed smartly on a black and yellow jumper with short sleeves which reach to his elbows. They heard the sound of Shashank's boots coming closer. Both Aziz and Radha's faces fall. 'Don't worry di don't worry DM will be fine' he said consoling Radha who suddenly start crying 'oh look Shashank bhai is here' he said nudging Radha with his elbow. Radha at once ran toward Shashank who was entering the house. Radha tightly hugged him, Shashank also put his hand around Radha. Radha's face got even more miserable with Shashank's unqualified support as he thump hard on her back as he tried to console her. 'Shashank bhai DM ko tumhe milna hai abhi' said Aziz immediately to divert Shashank's attention and to rescue Radha.

Without a second thought Shashank went towards the stairs leading it to the second floor of the house Aziz and Radha also came following Shashank, almost running upstairs into DM's room. He enters the room where he saw his mother Sonia in the corner looking very upset as she held her forehead. He looks toward the bed which was in the middle of the room. The same old lady was lying on the bed with the doctor by her side. DM had her eyes closed and the doctor shut his suitcase as he got up. 'DM!' Shashank shout running toward his Daadi Ma. 'DM! DM! DM!' he repeat her nickname shaking her by her shoulder 'oyeh ulluke pateh aab tak toh mein mara nahi hoon' said DM opening her eyes slowly. Sonia's eyes widen as it wasn't on her plan. Soon DM too realise this and she brought back her painful expressions. 'Shashank tu agaya mera laadla...'DM said taking Shashank's face in her hand 'haan DM I am here' he said kissing DM's forehead. 'Mr. Malhotra can I please talk to you?' asked the doctor 'yeh sure doc' Shashank said in reply getting up but he was stopped by DM 'doctor please joh kehena hai mera saamne kaho mujhe pata hai ki mere paas itna waqt nahi hai' DM request the doctor. 'Mr. Malhotra please take a good care of her she is right and don't give her any tensions in any sort of way… I am sorry' doctor replied as he got up to go 'but doc how can that be possible we went for a check up the day before and she was absolutely fine' Shashank questioned back. 'But Mr. Malhotra illness are wired things we can't plan when they are coming' said the doctor and a smile appeared on everyone's' tension faces 'ok then I'll take your leave' said the doctor, Aziz move towards the doctor and took his suitcase showing him towards the main door. Shashank sat back down next to DM holding her hand on his 'Shashank beta… tum mere akhri kwaish puri karsakthe ho? My last dieing wish?' asked DM, seen her tearful eyes Shashank instantly blurt out 'DM! don't you dare!' 'but beta the truth is the truth.. mera akhri kwaish thi ki main tumhare beta yah beti dekhna magar laktha hai woh sach nahi hogi magar kya tum tumhare DM keliyeh koi ladki ko shaadi karsakthe hai?' asked DM, Shashank looked at her drum struck he doesn't know how to reply or react to this. His answer was a clear NO and he knew every one knew this he looked at his mother who was very quiet he looks back at his DM who was expecting for an answer. He closed his eyes tightly and opened his mouth agreeing with himself for whatever that will come out of his mouth. 'Ok DM... I will get married' he opened his eyes as his reply slip out of his mouth he was even shock hearing what he said but seen his DM's happy face he too became happy. 'sach?' ask DM with a grin which reach from her left ear to right ear. 'Promise DM promise' he reply with a nod.

'Yaaaaay!' said DM as she got out of the bed and ran towards Sonia. Aziz who was back to listen to their conversation also start dancing on the spot with Radha. Sonia too was very happy while she hugged DM. but in all this left Shashank who was looking from one to another and he was very confused at what is happening in the house. As he scans around the room his eyes caught a man in yellow kurta too smiling underneath his beard. Seen Shashank frowning at him, his smile vanish almost immediately and he slowly start stepping backward toward the door making sure not to make eye contact with Shashank. 'Sonia Shashank haan kaha!' Shashank's attention turns from the man towards DM's loud voice 'DM aapka tabiyaat?' Shashank question innocently 'arey bhaad pe gaye mera tabiyaat mujhe koi heart attack wattack nahi hai' with so much excitement it just slip out of DM's mouth, everyone stopped on their track as their faces fall. Slowly Shashank understood everything. Aziz took a glance at Shashank's angry face, Shashank look at Radha and Aziz and instantly Aziz hid behind Radha feeling scared, Radha looked at Shashank helplessly. Shashank look at DM who looks at the ground with embarrassment, he look towards his mother Sonia who also wasn't able to make eye contact with him. He looked at the empty place where the man stood a while before but he couldn't find him there he looked around the room and saw him peeping out from the door 'Gopi Kaka?!' wonder Shashank loudly, noticing Shashank's angry looks Gopi Kaka ran off. Shashank looked back at his family with so much anger and feeling very depressed. 'That's it!!' he screamed walking out of the room 'but you promised' said DM to Shashank. 'No! that doesn't count because you all lie to me' said Shashank as he stormed away.

Gopi Kaka was running around a beautifully decorated large room while Shashank was after him with a pillow in his hand to attack Gopi Kaka with 'arey apple maaf karo yaar apun kya kiya apun toh bohot shweet hai!' he said while running around the furniture and Shashank after him 'sweet my foot Nana Patekkar's duplicate... I am sure yeh sab drama aapka woh chautees filme paichees natak main eek hoge' he screamed at shouting Gopi Kaka who was kept moving around. 'han eek natak main toh tha' Gopi Kaka replied stopping for a bit to remember but once again he start running, away from Shashank 'magar apple beta yeh sab na DM ka plan tha woh koi serial se chori ki hai' replied Gopi Kaka 'manna padega DM toh eek dam chappal chor hai' continued Gopi Kaka stopping on his track 'chappal chor hun? chappal chor?' questioned Shashank while he took his expensive shoe off and a little while later throw it at Gopi Kaka, but luckily he duck on time. 'Ok ok time out time out' said Gopi Kaka showing the T sign as he took a seat on the sofa. They both were breathing heavily after running for a long time. Shashank sat on the white tiled ground looking up at the off white sealing. He looks around his room which was decorated with only his photos and photos with his family and with Gopi Kaka dress in some wired costumes. Both Shashank and Gopi Kaka look at each other when it struck to their mind. Shashank got up and move towards seated Gopi Kaka, Shashank hop forwards scaring Gopi Kaka as he jerk out of the sofa and sat down on the ground and Shashank took his seat on the sofa. 'we need a full proof plan' Shashank broke the silence wickedly while Gopi Kaka nod his head agreeing with Shashank 'aur I will only forgive you if you help me' continued Shashank but in reply Gopi Kaka shook his head 'apun toh gaya' said Gopi Kaka to himself as he slap his right hand across his face.

Gopi Kaka and Shashank walk across the room. If Shashank was walking from right to left Gopi Kaka was walking the opposite to him, Shashank soon notice this as they bump into each other 'aap yeh kya?' questioned tensed Shashank 'hum dono Buckingham palace ke guards nahi... aap kuch soch..' said Shashank angrily. Gopi Kaka realised how tensed he was and walk up to him and put his arm around Shashank ignoring how much anger was running inside Shashank 'Chautees filme paichees natak ka experience hain apunko… tu dar mat mein kuch sochtha hoon… haan Sharukh ko advice diya tha gentlemen bangaya' said Gopi Kaka calming Shashank's anger and in reply Shashank let out a small laugh 'tikhe tikhe aap betiyeh' said Shashank in reply trying to make him sit on his bed 'nahi tu soch tu soch' said Gopi Kaka disagreeing to sit 'tikhe main bhi soch tha hoon aap bhi soch tikhe aap betiyeh' said Shashank forcedly making Gopi Kaka to sit. Shashank to sat down on the sofa and stretched out his legs thinking very hard for a plan to take revenge and Gopi Kaka was too sitting on the bed with his legs up thinking very hard.

Shashank closed his eyes thinking he would be able to concentrate better. As soon as he closed his eyes he saw her. The owner of the beautiful almond eyes who he met this morning. The way her long black hair was flying to the wind. How she frowned at him under her over sized helmet. The way she looked at him expecting him to give her attention. Her images were flashing in front of his closed eyes as a thin line of smile appeared on his tension face. But suddenly he was distracted with Gopi Kaka's non stop chattering. He opened his eyes to see Gopi Kaka talking to himself 'ayega… advice ayega… thoda waqt lagega… kuch toh sochna padega… sochtha hoon sochtha hoon main kuch…' saying this Gopi Kaka fall a sleep on Shashank's bed speaking to himself under his breath. Shashank look here and there confused, he was confused at what he saw as he closed his eyes, 'no, no, no Shashank no!' Shashank slap his cheeks to wake himself up from the nightmare 'woh ajeeb wajeeb ladki aur urgh!! Gopi Kaka utt aur soch' he shouts at Gopi Kaka 'uta!' Gopi Kaka reply at once getting up from the bed.

Prateeksha slowly took her steps towards her house, she looked very depressed as well as hurt dragging her feet on the ground. As she realised she was just outside the door step she blink a few times to make her tears to disappear. With a fake smile Prateeksha enter the house but for her luck it was only Araina there still dressed in her pyjamas. Araina's head shot up hearing the foot step. She stare at Prateeksha stunned 'arey Ridzi tu toh jaldi wapas aagayi' said Araina checking her watch 'arey you only took 2 hours… kya yaar I thought aaj tumhara pehela din bhi hoga… kaisa raha interview' asked Araina but seen Prateeksha's fall face she realised something is not right 'mein abhi aaya' said Prateeksha as she went towards her room 'but di?' said Araina following Prateeksha to her room and for her shock she found tears running down on Prateeksha's cheek endlessly and saw her sitting down on her bed helplessly. Worried Araina ran towards her sister and engulf her in a tight hug. 'kya hua Ridzi' Araina began her questioning, after a while when Prateeksha got controlled over her tears she start to tell the whole story.

How she bumped into Shashank, how she survived without an accident and how they had a fight regardless about the time. As she enter the building where her job interview was held and asked the receptionist about her interview in reply Prateeksha got to hear lots of things, and was refused to take even into the interview room because she was late. Prateeksha blurt all that out to Araina who was listening her each word carefully at the same time consoling her 'its ok yaar…' said Araina after a while silence. 'That's the not the only job… after all this is Mumbai sweet sister yeh nahi toh koi aur…' she continued consoling Prateeksha, Prateeksha stare at Araina's face and burst out in laughter hard to control seen her sisters funny expressions trying to give her advice. Araina too burst out laughing knowing how silly she might have looked, she wiped off Prateeksha tears and brought a smile back on her face as they hug again tightly. They both were disturbed in their sisterly hug when they heard a lively voice form the living room. 'M se Mein aagaya!' said the cheerful voice. Both Araina and Prateeksha looked at each other surprised before looking back at the direction where they heard the voice from.

Loved it Lali, Prateeksha is in Shashank's dreams already, great.😊 Wonder what Kaka' plan will be. Next entry is Miland, I'm guessing. Loved the family scene too and Dadi sound cute and funny.
