The character of Archana is definitely not of this world, lol. She is too good to be true for sure, but then, you can almost say that about a few characters on this show including Rasika, Ajit, even Savita. The villians are portrayed to an extreme as well. That gunghroo scene comes to mind.
you are right.. My MIL is actually like her lives for other people and her in laws but then again she is of a different generation.Originally posted by: birju4baby
I dont think character of Archana is unrealistic, just look around at your Moms n GrandMoms and you will find somebody like Archana who will take anything for the happiness of their family.Although , I think Archana is a bit out of tune with the times.
But what happens in cases like Archana , someone who is humilated and has suffered that much , these suffering affects them in the long and they turn up very sad and bitter at the end ..

Yeeeeeeeeeeeeah...That was wayyyyy too much exaggeration or Overdramatization beyong Tolerance!!😆Btw..Missed that Part where Rasika hands out the Ghunnghroos to savita...Why Ghungroo suddenly😕??Did rasika explain first before giving the 'Gift'??But even with all her unbeliveable goodness and her frustrating nature at times, Archana is my favorite character. Along w/ her good self, she has a fighting spirit, too, as we've seen when it comes to her family/in-laws. She will fight to the death if need be. So I definitely want her on my side. Plus, I just love Ankita's portrayal! 😊
