Bye Bye Tellywood, Hello Bollywood

With only a short stint on the Colors show Bhagyavidhata, the dimpled boy Vishal Karwal has bagged his very first role in Bollywood. A dream he had nurtured since childhood is finally coming true.

"I still can't believe it. I knew my dance would pay off," he tells us, with a dimpled smile.

While he was first seen in MTV Roadies, it was his work in Bhagyavidhata that earned him recognition. When asked about his current commitments, "I'm going to miss Bhagyavidhata, but Bollywood, here I come."

While many a television actors have ventured into the big bad world of cinema, not many have found success. Let's see how Vishal fares.

Sravi,..Whay you want Hrithik..Shahid and all dancers actors to SUICIDE 🤣 i just want to know this...🤣 btw..lovely post..honestly even i fell for this 😳 🤣What if after reading this, Vishal starts taking his dance seriously and we might witness many dance henceforth from him in the show..if this happens..consider yourself DEAD putri 🤡

Holyyy cow, Sravi! I was on the verge of flipping out and then I read the bit about him relying on his dance to get him into Bollywood....that was a dead give away 😆😆

But that was good!

And since w're recommending replacements....I also nominate Mishal Raheja, hmm and may be Guarav Khanna as well....and while we're at it, why not throw in the dude from Laado too, hehe.....Nahhh....Despite all his limitations, I really can't imagine anyone aside from Vishal as Vinay....

@ Shumi: I heartily agree. I would not bear to see anyone play Vinay but Vishal Karwal. Despite his limitations and hesitations, he's the best Vinay in my books :)
