Karan Singh Grover's return has created excitement among the Dill Mill Gayye viewers and also upped the show's TRPs. There's a sense of anticipation among the fans as to what happens now that Dr.Armaan is back. Will he reunite with his lady love Dr.Riddhima? From what we've learnt this milan won't happen.

Our source informs, "The return of Dr. Armaan in Sanjeevani has already made Dr. Ridhima (Jennifer Winget) a bit tense as she is now married to Dr. Siddhant (Karan Wahi).
