I am wondering if some people have mistaken CID to be yet another silly collage romance or some silly daily soap or something. Mr XYZ as inspector and Miss ABC as PARTNER!!!! PARTNER???? I mean should CID turn into a series of multiple love stories or remain a crime investigative series.

Sometimes when discussions like these or whose hot whose not come up I wonder if some members even understand the essence of CID!!!! Sad.

What the-? 😕 Why these demands from CID of all shows? There are countless daily soaps out there. Why not go and request these "jodis" in those shows? I can't make head or tail of all this.

Well, when Daya can have a girl friend so does Abhijeet and Freddy can talk about his wife all day long in the CID bureau, why not someone else? We are not asking to turn CID into a college romance show, we are asking for a cute looking CID inspector. And far as daily soaps are concerned, if they can have a daily soap actor Rajeev Khandelwal as an ACP, then we are just asking for a CID inspector, not an ACP and Karan Wahi has never done kekta type k series daily soaps and we wanna see him in CID because we love his acting and wanna see some variation in it.
