/May be creatives show that no body tells armaan abt rid-sid marriage else it could effect his mental condition adversely. Every one will act normally as if nothing has changed since he left. to make him stay happy. .so it will be ridz's dellima, armaan's not knowing anything and sid's pain seeing ridz with armaan . What you say would you like the track too go this way?

I think he has fully recovered from his mental condition otherwise they would have never appointed him as a Resident doctor. So, that doesn't look like a possibility.
