Just watched the "story so far" for Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai (had missed most of the episodes the last 2 months) and now more than ever I think Akshara should not go back to her sasural....

They are a bunch of self serving and self foccussed family which is a recipe for disaster as far as longevity of a relationship is concerned. It would be a lot more tolerable if the husband was dependable but here he's the worst of the lot! 😆 Egoistical, self-obsessed, childish and really short tempered!

In all of thats happening, I dont see Naitik going back to Akshara because he realises his mistake. Its more like he misses her FINALLY now that his righteous indignation and ego has subsided. But if he doesn't realise that he was far more at fault than Akshara in their relationship reaching this stalemate, then it would be tragic if Akshara went back...

.......because this will happen again and because once again a woman will end up capitulating giving in to her emotional and social vulnerability and a man will walk away assured that no matter what, he is always right....

I completely agree with you!

This track has really made me turn away from this show, it was disturbing for me to see a girl being treated so badly by her family in this shows and yet just because of the way it is presented to the audience we actually support her going back to them and that too as if she was at fault and not the family and husband.

I keep tuning in every few episodes Hoping the writers will show Akshara's character to have at least some self-respect but it hasn't happened yet.

she should go back or no should be her choice...and i think she was desperate to go back frm the moment she left her sasural..

nobody is flawless here...naitik is also a human being, he's no God..nor is Akshara a devi..both have their share of mistakes...Naitik got what he deserved..he went through the same pain....seperation from akshara will teach him some imp. lessons of life...as for Akshara, that's what's u get when ur poke ur nose in everybody's business...life is all abt. making the correct choices..very few ppl. manage to do it....she need to set her priorities right , believe in what she's doing & everything will fall in place...nobody is a monster here...everybody around her cares for her and love her...

love can survive without any relationship but relationships are dependent on love...love is the binding force...today if they want to come back to each other, it's just bec. they love each other...they r willing to forgive & forget...sometimes "understanding" comes very soon b/w a couple, sometimes it takes more time depending on the nature of the individual...

it's very easy to walk out...rishte todna is very easy but nibhana is difficult...
