it's just the same asking the tamil nadu. the tamils also said that hindi is not their language. it is the language of the hindi people, the language the northern indian want to learn and speak. if the northern can prosper more and enough in hindi why can't they prosper more and enough in their own language? by making hindi the national language when the tamils opposed it and do not want to speak of it is just the same as forcing them to learn, to speak, to use the hindi language. then how are we different than the communist china when china undergo the cultural revolution and force people to study and speak and learn the hanyu or zhongwen or putonghua in favor to their own dialects.

What if they want to move out of TN or say transferred to hmm,Delhi?
They will HAVE to learn it..Don't they?
Instead of learning it for selfish purposes,why don't they take the initiative of learning it as a national language?
