My guruji-(Sureshji) always selects students from every batch and asks them to come on sunday mornings and he gives them special training(teach difficult Ragas).There r very few(9-10) who r selected amongst so many students.Ravi was also selected that way just as Amey,Swapnil B,(winner of Sa Re Ga Ma),rahul etc So u mean to say that people like u know more about singing 😡😡😡 ya rt.😆😆😆

The way u write just shows how immature u r in life...cause u r not the one who performs in front of so many people.So by just watching and making such statements isn't going to achieve anything in life.

well, i have trained in classical music for 5 years but discontinued so i guess i know a little bit at least😉😛.... thecomment that people who ACTUALLY know music will vote for him.....lemme tell you that one doesnt need to learn music to appreciate it.......my grandmother is a trained carnatic singer and she has performed with the likes of M.S.SUBBULAKSHMI....and my grandfather has not learnt music but yet my nani tells me that he appreciates music and can point out the flaws even better than she can....so one does not need to ACTUALLY know/learn music to say as to whether one is good or bad......opinions may vary just like how annu and sonu argue but the basic fact that ravi is not good will not change....maybe one of his renedition may be better than his previous attempts but that does not make him the best singer ...and you call me immature...i call you biased...just because ravi is your batchmate, you are defending him....and dude, its not only me who finds him bad.....there are so many others...when you dont know a thing about me, i dont think its right on you to call me immature....i call you biased as you are just defendign ravi as he is your batchmate....now how fair is that????and see, even if you are in denial, it is a fact that ravi was NEVER impressive....

ravi is one of sureshji's best students, .........i better not say what i feel as that would be just too harsh..and please, only the ravi classmates are supporting him and i am dead sure that youll guys would be voting to save him. and its ppl like youll who save him even though he does not sing well.......if you are honest to music, you would definitely know that karunya is better than ravi....yet if you want to defend him, go on...there is the least anyone can do about it...please be neutral and comment purely based on the singing and not based on sentiments or friendship.....

and i guess there is no point in saying anything more as you would always be in denial and would say that ravi deserves to win...so no more from my side...please vote for the sake of music and not for the sake of friendship.....

well, ok, maybe the votes are not rigged(maybe they are..cant say anything..and esp when it comes to ravi who is more or less in a desperation as if not idol , he can never be on any show or break into playback singing)...but definitely, ppl like kacchhori who said that he/she is a student of ravi blindly vote......sympathy votes......that's NOT FAIR....come on, just because one is his student/friend*/relative...ravi is bashed as he is the worst....and please dont tell me that ravi sings better than karunya.....maybe the votes are not rigged...but he gets bloody MERCY votes and i can only bash my fellow countrymen and His Highness mahaathma ravi tripathi for this.....


Again this is so ridiculous, the useless argument and blaming someone for rigging votes (i could have easily given the same logic about amey rigging the votes as he was in bottom 2 and he had more reasons to think about rigging as for a moment he would have thought that he would be out instead of Neha, and you do not have proof that he is not rigging it, but i think this kind of logic does not make sense, this way everyone can start saying that you have done a crime and if not show me a proof, it should be otherway round, May be is a very dangerous word and i can say May be amey has also rigged the vote, but i would not write or do this kind of stupid arguments, its simply senseless).
Sympathy and mercy alone can make any contestent stay, otherwise ppl would have voted for self proclaimed poor girl Ritu and other same kind of ppl.


yeah....call it regional favouritism and BLIND pranth bhakthi......his singing is mediocre and there were so many singers who were better then him but did not have the regional backing or the shishyas' backing....ravi is not good period....and that's the only reason as to why i bash him..he is not good and because of his regional backing, the better singers get out....and what's wrong in saying that ravi should have gone out...and defending ravi is baseless as he's neither a good singer nor a good performer and if he becomes the idol,its a national shame...i dont want any more qazis


Again its not we alone who decides about who should win II, its like democracy, collective voting would decide who should win, had it been a pure singing competetion, there would not have been need for public voting, we would have 10 music expert and they would have decided, this competetion is about who has more public base, if you are ashamed of india if they choose their favorite which is not yours, its nonsense,

could not understand the logic, do you mean to say most of indian ppl or deaf and blind (how does blind comes into picture i could not understand at all), other contestent also have a option to getting more votes in the same way as Ravi is getting and Ravi is not stopping them. Better singer is a very subjective matter, otherwise Anu and Sonu would not have fought over Ravi when sonu said that Ravi sang in Sur while anu did not agree, so do not make this a point, if you think someone does not sing in sur its not a final judgement..

I completely disagree here and its my personal opinion, Debu gives life to song while amey only sings song in sur, but its just my personal opinion.


but amey is wayyyyy wayyyyyyyy wayyyyyyyyyyy wayyyyyyyyyyyyy better than ravi...and amey and karunya are top class....better than vinit(whom i think is just overhyped ) and debojit(who improved as even he got many chances).......and i have great regard for sonu nigam and if he feels that karunya can go a loooooooonggggggggggggg way, he definitely can....and ditto with amey......debojit gets all his votes from assam and he is chosen by the publuic...but that doesnt mean that he is better than hemachandra....so not what the public think is the best is always the best...heck, the public voted for qazi who is not even a trained singer....i have no respect for the public even though i am a part of it.....).. but no one is so great(please, just to glorify uncle ravi, do nto say that amey and karu are not great....they are the best singers of both the indian idol's......take it or leave it...and these are just opinions buddy which can never be right or worng


again this is very subjective things, in music its very difficult to say who is best, otherwise anu, sonu and other ppl who know music in much better way than us should always agree for some singer, In My personal opinion vinit is waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay better than amey anyday.... and ppl like himesh and ismail (who also gave his first earned 50 RS note to vinit) knows much than us about music and they would not hyped vinit for nothing,,,,, but again i am saying that statement like who is better singer is always personal opinion and not the universal, so for you amey is better than vinit, for me vinit is better than amey, and we should not bring our personal opinion in this discussion.

What i am trying to say is that if you are trying to prove that someone is better than someone else, its just your personal opinion and i am not saying you are wrong or right, and i am not bashing any other contestent nor hyping anyone, let indian ppl decide who they want as a II, Ravi is selected among 30,000 contestent, and made it so far , so he should have been above average and he does not deserve this kind of ridiculing...
