u bet it is...just steamed rice and dal........do u know how many hours go into making it....soaking rice and dal for 12 hours...grinding them ..letting them ferment from another 12 hours and then u get the idli steamed in 15 minutes......the same thing can be done by a GITS pack of fast idli in an hour but ask someone who is used to eating idlis made from scratch........a big NO-NO to the GITS idli...😊...

but someone who has always eaten a fast food idli will never know the taste of an idli made from scratch...😃

i'm just wondering why do you need an award in charity??? isn't it supposed to be something personal and you are supposed to help in secrets and for someone to give you award or applause.

The charity is being created by the Shiv Sainiks. If he has done something awardwinning, he should be given the award without anyone asking for it. The moment someone demands an award and it is given automatically it becomes charity.

Of late there have been much talk about Sachin Tendulkar be awarded the Bharat Ratna. Especially it has come from the Shiv Sena and the sports section. The limit is that he is now being given examples and names like Shivaji are coming in limelight. If I was Sachin Tendulkar I would surely turn down any such award at this moment. Sachin Tendulkar is a sportsman and his job is to play. At times he is responsible for Indias' debacle too. So what if he has made double century. He has also lost his wicket for zero. So why make such a big issue about it. If any batsman plays for India for so long, maybe he too can reach the astronomical scores of Sachin Tendulkar. He surely is a good player............but for Bharat Ratna.........not a candidate.

luk its not abt making scores without lossing wicket or his ability in the field of cricket.its just tht k if SACHIN TENDULKAR gets BHARAT RATNA they why not jeev milkha singh , dhanraj pillai , narayan kartikeyan , leander paes and all other famous players from their own own cricket field??????if sachin gets bharat ratna for his commitment to cricket then also all of them shud get bharatratna becoz they are no lesser than sachin tendulkar.....being a hard-core fan of sachin tendulkar i can say tht if he gets BHARATRATNA , then jeev milkha singh and dhanraj pillai shud also get the same......another thing..awarding sachin a bharatratna cums into all's mind becoz cricket is popular but if hockey is popular then also this pillai shud get his award.....and do u know one thing ?d day when sachin tendulkar played 100th test of his career, dhanraj pillai played 300th hockey match of his career.......but who knows tht??noone....just because of tht k cricket is getting its popularity whereas hockey is not. this is not done and this cannot be a gud judgement to any player.

jhiniki143-----------You are absolutely right. And debeyon (Did Tendulkar ask for it?)You too are right. But Sachin Tendulkar has given an open statement in the press that it would be an honour for him to receive such an award. So u see, indirectly he too desires it.

If you were given the award, would you have said "Hell no, I don't want this award, this is stupid. What have I done to deserve this lame award?"😆
