Bharat Ratna in charity.

Of late there have been much talk about Sachin Tendulkar be awarded the Bharat Ratna. Especially it has come from the Shiv Sena and the sports section. The limit is that he is now being given examples and names like Shivaji are coming in limelight. If I was Sachin Tendulkar I would surely turn down any such award at this moment. Sachin Tendulkar is a sportsman and his job is to play. At times he is responsible for Indias' debacle too. So what if he has made double century. He has also lost his wicket for zero. So why make such a big issue about it. If any batsman plays for India for so long, maybe he too can reach the astronomical scores of Sachin Tendulkar. He surely is a good player............but for Bharat Ratna.........not a candidate.

If you are driving at a normal speed, then the police doesn't congratulate you or anything, but if you speed, then the police will give you a ticket. It is the same thing, except the direction is reversed.

I am all up for giving Bharat Rantna to Sachin. I highly doubt any other indian batsman can come close to his talent.

I think Tendulkar started and carried India through the worst phase of cricket, epitomizes everything Indian and has made Indians proud. He has revolutionalized the game of cricket.

Shachin is good but Gavasker is the best.....without a doubt.........
