Then they showed the actual past which was worse than him saying it to nakku.
He and baaji, were friends since the beginning of time or so i think, and he would come in a cycle and very playfully run off to the lakeshore leaving baaji with the cycle. He works as a mechanic.
The girl, seema, his ex, and he always met up at that lake shore, and he used to laugh playing a flute. Followed by the girls ghungroo sounds, lame. Then all those playful stuff like, her putting her hands on his eyes, and him guessing the wrong names on purpose, and she getting lamely angry.
Then he very sweetly gifted her a silver chain. And she wore it, and he showed a thumbs up sign, and i a thumbs down.
Then they both go to the market, shes looking at bangles, he shows her some simple ones, shes not bothered, she looks at some expensive ones, and he feels uncomfortable, since he was pretty poor then. And she understands and gets the simple ones instead. Then starts the song, on which they show both of them doing alot of lovey-fun things, lame, like eating cotton candy, her feeding him, and he admiring her. Then she runs to a photographer and they both click some pictures, where at a point of time he wants to put his hand around her shoulder, but then gets uncomfortable, and puts it back down.
Phew, there the song sequence ends, and hes showed sitting on the floow, while his mommy. Ayyi sahib is sitting on the bed in a very small house, and ayyi looking very simple. He shows her the photo, and shes very pleased. And she agrees for marriage, but she puts forth a condition, that he must earn some more money, in order to buy a new house for them both to live in.
Then the scene shifts to the workshop, where dutta is working, and baaji on theother side of the same car, when a weirdo seth comes by, and says hes pleased with his work. Dutta says he needs loan for a new house, and baaji explains in a very playful way about his marriage plans. I guess that baaji dutta scene was the only worthwhile scene!
And the seth refuses, that he cant give money,and that dutta must work really hard, saying things like, once you take a loan, itll just keep building up.
And dutta, like a guy boy nods and goes back to work.
A few days later, seema comes to meet dutta, and the seth scans her top to bottom, and asks baaji, who eye-points to dutta. And seth laughs and leaves.
And then they show seema feeding dutta a bit of food, and then leaving.
Meanwhile baaji suggests dutta should drive a taxi too, that way more money and less time, and he heartily agrees to the idea, and there are a few scenes where duttas shown as a good boy, driving taxi, day and night.
Finally end of the month arrived, he got his fair salary, and is very pleased.
After some time, he finally has enough money to buy a house, and he had bought a ring, for seema too, and with all of it he waited for her at the sea shore, but she dint come even when it was night.
Finally they show proper dutta and nakku, phew. And dutta verbally says a bit of it like, he was scared that something might've happened to seema, and that he'd checked everywhere but couldn't find her. So he decided to take a car from the garage, and start looking for her.
*shifts back to the past*
He reaches the garage, and is looking for a car, when he hears a strange laugh, he stops and turns sideways, and his face is shown, shocked**shocked**shocked, from every angle possible.
And FINISHEd.
Precap- Past is still being shown, duttas extremely angry, and is standing on the lake side with baaji, and says i want to make alot of money, quickly. And then a set of violent scenes are shown, out of which i could decipher nothing but that he does it for money. But i could be wrong anyhow.

Because they stretched the past too much, and there was no tasha, only seeta. *barfs*
