i am a silent reader of this forum and i absolutely love all the posts that go up on this forum.
was so sick of all the shows on tv...i live on campus at my university and dont have cable and once in a while when i go home i try to watch a indian show, but there is never anything good on...but that was before this show...
I think the story is amazing the actors are flawless in there acting...
i have never seen a show where almost every actor always holds his/her character...i never find that there is a over drag of some thing...like the MORE scene when they kidnap nakku...would have been dragged so much....but they kept it short and simple...and to the point...
Datta's character is amazing...i have never have seen a actor so completely engrossed in their given role(and thats saying a lot since i am an actor myself, and act in a lot of plays).
Bajji is just plain awesome...i wait for his scenes...they always touch your heart in one way or another...(i think i would like to date him if i had a chance...he kind of seems like my type of guy...lol)
And then finally NAKKU....she is...there is only word for it....WOW!!
i remember the show jassi jasi koyi nahi...where the main lead was not pretty....but nakku has taken here role to the next level...she is so comfortable in here dark make up...in my opinion mona sigh could never through out the whole show bring the effect that nakku brings to the screen in one episode...

I knw what i have said is not new to any of guys...but i think the creatives and the script writers for this show deserve a standing ovation....for creating such a refreshingly good show....

so thanks guys....plz keep us suprising us like this and dont turn this show into the same drama as the others!!!

I agree! This show is a refreshing change and very well thought out. The casting is flawless and the story-writers haven't lost their head (yet). I hope they keep this up! *fingers crossed*

This is a completely different show for me. Ive always been into youth oriented shows, never really watched these types of dramas. Im so glad i decided to give LTL a shot, im defo not regretting it, except that i cant pay attention in school now, but thats totally different. ^_^

Welcome to the forum Niyati...thanks for opening up. I agree with u. The show IS refreshing. It has its masala elements but then they also keep it unpredictable and leaves you guessing. The actors esp Mishal, Mahi, Vinay, Pawan Malhotra, Chinmayi, Naku's father and brother are really well cast. And I am glad that I decided to give the show a try with the hero's entry. I was always intrigued by the promos and concept but wasnt in the mood to take yet another social issue show with a slumdog for a heroine. But Datta's entry took the show to another tangent and I am hooked. Ofcourse one major reason for me is Mishal.😃
In Jassi the reason Mona's makeover didnt work was becuz she is pretty but not exceptionally beautiful. And post makeover they made her a supermodel and everyone would praise her beauty as if she's an Ash Rai. In this show I feel Mahi is genuinely beautiful. She looks gorgeous in simple clothes and makeup. Whenever Naku's revelation happens it wll only be an icing on the cake for Datta and the show.
