nope, a cid officer must be fit, not fat. A tun tun? eek! Btw i have many fat friends, but none of them are actors. 😊 It would be odd to see a fat lady running around shooting women. I'm not saying they have to be fashion models or anorexic cases, but they must look the part of a CID officer.

One can be on the heavier side and yet be fit. I have seen female cops in airports who are plump and yet look fit. (And I even know some of them are married and have kids, don't ask me how I know)

Muskaan was very thin and looked delicate...even such people are not fit to be cops, to tell you the truth. A cop has to look slightly menacing. That's where Asha scores points.

Nothing wrong with being slightly fat. But if you are playing the role of a cop, you should be fit enough to run fast, jump over walls and be strong enough to handle criminals. If you are able to carry your weight effortlessly, it's perfectly fine.

But our industry doesn't take these into account for ladies. They expect ladies to have a perfect figure but its ok for men to gain weight. That's really not fair.
