same here.. felt very sad for Shashank.. after giving such a good performance he got eliminated.. Shashank should have shown this kind of performance before..

I also echo the sentiments you all have expressed about Shashank.

I heard Soumya say something about Mithunda having the Power of Recall and that maybe Shashank could return with that? I do not recall this from last season because I started watching late into the season and I only remember the Veto Power. Is the Power of Recall new this season, whereby Mithunda can call back an eliminated top 12 contestant? Also, couldn't Mithunda have done Veto Power for Shashank? I guess it's too risky because it's so early on and once it's used it cannot be used again.

@sandeepa: yea the recall power is new but i dont think mithunda should use it on shashank eventhough his last performance was amazing. that is because it should be for somone who performed well all throughout but still got eliminated. wit shashank it was his last performance which really connected with the audience only. but stilll i feel bad for him and wish him all the luck
