Salman Khan as Dr.Armaan
After hosting Dus Ka Dum, imagine Sallu playing the role Dr.Armaan and with his entry it will surely boost up the TRP of the show. He looks perfect as Dr.Armaan as he has muscles which can be matched with Dr.Armaan's physique.


Kareena Kapoor as Dr.Riddhima
In Dill Mill Gayye, Dr.Riddhima has been played by many TV actresses but if Kareena Kapoor becomes Dr.Riddhima this would be a major twist in the show as she would be perfect for the role.

I want Shahid to play Armaan and Amrita Rao to play Riddhima
AR are my favorite couple in tellywood and Shahid and Amrita in bollywood so if not KaJen then Shamrita maybe for a day or two or a week
but AR(KaJen) 4 ever first
