thanks piku and sony , dunno if this promo was hinting to the fact that we're gonna have a lil DM or lil santu sometimes soon , or it was shown just to let hiten thinks about all the sacrifices santu did for him and makes him regrets his behaviour with her ( which they show already in the promo , I mean hiten was remorsful after what he said to santu )
I wish santu will tell him that it's becoz all of them she couldn't have the child which would have bound her more with her Love

Yes manel, I also feel that they are hinting at a sanraj kid, todays sanraj scene was also a little , u know what I mean type, maybe its an indication of things to come. 😉

I think its hinting the she already has one and it could be Nandini.. because Santu was not HURT... she was just plain in her expression as if they- dont- know- she -already -has- one look at him. It has to be NANDINI Bandini's daughter Nandini⭐️
