So today's episode showed Mahi getting a trainer and trying to loose weight. But mannn who hired this dude? Useless kahin ka! Guaranteed to NOT make people want to exercise. If you have a client like Mahi who's so overweight and clearly hates exercising, your goal should be to make her believe that working out may not be as bad as she thinks. Yeh trainer wale bhai toh seedha wanted to kill Mahi!! LOL really exaggerated yaar! No trainer will ever tell a beginner to 'speed badao', but will always tell them to start slow and steady. Starting slow will help you gain confidence so that you can gradually build up. Simple life ka funda, that applies to everything in life basically. Start slow until you can do it. Same with Mahi's eating. You really can't expect her to quit cold turkey on everything and ONLY eat ghaass-phoos, kakdi, gajar, papeeta etc. type foods ALL day. No wonder she hates dieting and exercising. lol
Maybe this trainer part was shown so exaggerated-ly to make Ishaan look even more perfect? Yaar this dude is turning out to be MAHAA-perfect!!! A little TOOO perfect nahin? đ Kinda creeps me out that he's SOO perfect. I mean, kuch toh kharabi ho bhai iss bande mein?? đ Anyways, the way he tells Mahi to slow down and gives her confidence so that instead of going to the gym she ultimately decides to take morning walks with that uncle, was very nicely shown. Phir jaake mujhe shaanti milli, ki bhai theekhai they're showing something realistic. đ
