Ya ...but most of them confuse with reality and objectivity...reality is much greater than objectivity. its only one dimension of reality...😊

We have heard this dialogue so many times that no one is born a criminal, but society and circumstances make that person a criminal.

Thus, if a person is bad then that person may be so because of other factors not controlled by him or her.

For example suppose a person is born very poor and he cannot feed himself without stealing. Is he wrong if he steals? Thus, while deciding punishments, should we look at a person whether he/she is poor or rich?

A crime is a crime...but the difference is the motivation behind the crime.........the first thing that the investigators try to find out after the crime has been committed is to establish the MOTIVE behind the crime..........while it doesn't change the crime it self but it does change the degree....the judges always look at the motivation to determine the sentence for the crime...........there is absolutely no excuse to commit a crime unless it is to save an innocent life.......
and regarding a poor man stealing.........its wrong .........how about going to McDonalds and cleaning the restrooms........I am sure stealing is harder than that😆😆............
