Hi DHKJ-ians 🤗
Again sorry for being late

Here's the discussion of the week, hope you enjoy the questions:

1) Poor Suryakamal is caught between his wife and his mother. We all want him to stand up for Preeti, but also remain true to himself and be respectful towards his mum (whether she deserves it or not). So how exactly would you like him to behave? Or are you happy with the way he's handling things (as he doesn't bow completely to her Ammaji's wishes) ?

2) I once read a post where a member had posted: ask whether a man loves you, his future wife, or his mother more: if he says you, then dump him, saying "if you can't be loyal to your mother, who has been with you since birth, how can you be loyal to me?"So whether you're married or not, what would you wnat your husband's answer to htis question to be? Would you want him to support his wife or mother?

3) Who's your favourite character in DHKJ (only one) and why?

4) How far would you call Saroj negative? Would you say she's evil, or just a bit silly?

1.) I want Surya to stand against his mum when she loses it completely😆 He shudnt hand over his whole salary to her...he shud just give her a part of it so that she can run the household using that n he should be a bit bold in front of her😊

2.) Well, this is a difficult question but yea a man who's good at heart cant love anybody else more than his mother as she is the one who gives him birth n brings him up n does everything she can do for him

3.) Surya is my fav character in DHKJ!! I dont even care to look at Shubhangi when he's there on screen 😲 😆 Well that's so cuz he's such a cutie n he always cares for everybody though he did a GALTI but that too jus cuz of misinterpreting what his collegue said n ...🤔 he's entertaining 😆

4.) Saroj is a bit negative but not completely though...i'd betta call her silly. She's partial towards Preeti n after gettin the keys , she's flying over the skies..hope she cums down soon😆

Cool discussion TJ!! Here's my opinions! 😛

Well at first i was really disappointed that he didn't say anything to his mum each time she'd taunat Preeti but in the last few episodes he's been a bit more stronger like the Preeti going home scene...he convinced his mum to let her go. But still i want to see Surya being a bit more stronger towards his mum...not rude but just say when she's wrong.

2) I once read a post where a member had posted: ask whether a man loves you, his future wife, or his mother more: if he says you, then dump him, saying "if you can't be loyal to your mother, who has been with you since birth, how can you be loyal to me?"So whether you're married or not, what would you wnat your husband's answer to htis question to be? Would you want him to support his wife or mother?
Although the answer might upset the wife if the husband chooses his mum but i think that would be the appropriate answer. Saying that it also depends on the circumstances and the person itself. If the mother is wrong then he should support his wife and if the wife is wrong he should support the mother. But leaving one for another is not right. The wife and the mum deserve their rights

3) Who's your favourite character in DHKJ (only one) and why?
Hehe no doubts about that definitely SURYAKAMAL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Why? Why not? 😆 He's such a big cutie and he just won my heart with his puppy dog looks from his first entry! I love Shaleen's acting as Surya, i cant imagine anyone else in his shoes! Surya is a very caring and sweet person and i love his simplicity 😳 😛

4) How far would you call Saroj negative? Would you say she's evil, or just a bit silly?
I don't think she's evil as such but ye she is silly. She just needs to keep her feet to the ground and think a bit before she opens her mouth but other than that she's ok

He's definitely got better, with his pleading and cajoling, he always manages to get Preeti what she wants, but he could be a lot bolder 😃, I would like to see him make a point about her unhelpful remarks, instead of just standing there and shooting sorry stares at Preeti

I know that a husband should definitely be more loyal to his mother, but I have to admit I would want my husband to always support me, so basically I guess there should be a balance, he should support whoever is right at the time but still respecting both 😕

Surya, as he's geniunely so sweet and lovely, and he also brings the most comedy, his cute antics always make me giggle 😳 😆

4) How far would you call Saroj negative? Would you say she's evil, or just a bit silly?

I would say she's just silly, she's a bit arrogant and tactless and foolish, but her heart's in the right place..I'm worried that she may turn negative though, I especially didn't like her behaviour towards Radhika

i think he's doing pretty well, but he cant take everything his mom says. So he should speak up more.

well if his mother is wrong, then he can correct her but he can't just leave her for me!

Preeti, lol no particular reason, just like her character.

she is pretty much negative..but also silly. Sometimes she acts nice, especially when Preeti dressed up Sajni.

I would like to answer for the first question only the rest are hard for me

I thingk the way he was behaving with his mother is the right way but when it comes to his self respect or at least his wife's self respect he should stand and make it clear that he won't stand any humiliation to his wife.

his inocent smile and his sweetness doesn't mean that he is a toy and everything connected to him is a saourse to play

and his silence doesn't mean he is weak..
