I have been noticing of late that ACP Pradyuman is kept in the background and is rarely visible.

Could be that he is aging and does not want to participate in mud island chase sequences these days.

I also noticed the change in ACP in the re-runs being shown and the recent episodes. The old ACP was a bit more serious and seemed more involved with the case. He seemed in control of the whole situtation, whereas the present ACP is just there to analyse situations, give suggestions to Abhijeet and fight with Salunkhe.

I am not saying that Shivaji Satam has to run over the rickety walls of mud island (or whatever it is called) at this age, but whenever he is there he has to be more like the 'old Pradyuman'.

What do you say?

I agree. In the old episodes, ACP was more attentive and he found major clues that the team missed and always thought 2 steps ahead of the team. The team helped him, but it was ACP who put the pieces of the puzzle in place.

yes acp pradyuman is rarely seen .most of the case abhi,daya are seen .he is only in forensic lab and bureau .in old days he was always there with team but now he is found rarely .i hope from next cid episode he should come reguarly.

yup, now-a-days many things seems to be too different as compared to the old episodes

i know, indian viewers need some of the drama like comedy, thriller, action, adventure, horror, etc but not to great extent ........ CID from 1997-2007, was like a golden period ...... excellent cases
now also it is more than excellent but it seems like they are concentrating more on fredie jokes, vivek-fredie silly fights, abhi-taarika relations & ACP-salunkhe arguments
but one thing is for sure, the craze to see CID remain the same (actually it raised from last few years) ....... i still love to all this😆

I think he is agingand that is why he is seen in bureau most of the time. And his team must have learnt a lot in all these years. so they have to sahow somthing new. But i agree ACP pradyuman must be more involved in the cases. Even i noticed he has become more n more impatient now a days.

They can't always have the ACP in the limelight when the team has equally experienced and capable officers. As long as he is there with his mind running at hundred miles per hour I don't mind. 😃

Maybe he is aging now and the other officers are already gaining experience by learning from him so I guess they only have him there for mentorship and use his mind to guide his other officers in the right direction.

Others should also be given some screen space esp vivek and tasha. So I do not mind if i will not be seeing ACP that much. Anyways no one will forget him.

even i was going 2 post a topic abt dis...!!! good u did....... !! seriously i agree.... acp is soo absent... but the thing iz i realize daT ONLY WHEN HE COMES 😛 😆 ... DEN M LIKE AB TAK KAHAN THE AAP...? no but seriously.... jurm k aage budapa kya cheez hai...ACCP SHOULD FIGHT .... FIGHT TILL D END.......!! acp also nd shivam satam sir also.......... :) 😃 😃
