They can't always have the ACP in the limelight when the team has equally experienced and capable officers. As long as he is there with his mind running at hundred miles per hour I don't mind. 😃
Maybe he is aging now and the other officers are already gaining experience by learning from him so I guess they only have him there for mentorship and use his mind to guide his other officers in the right direction.
